Worst experience ever. Client service non existent. Client had to wait because waiter was on the phone. Order was placed at 1448. Food arrived at 1530 cold and rubbery. Many other clients also complained to the on site manager. Wont be returning. Whoever is the franchise owner definitely needs to get hands on or else doom is predicted.

Waited over 10 min for the lady to notice me to take my order. After waiting 45 min and pushing through about 5 Mr D delivery guys, me and 2 other customers complained about the long wait. We asked for the managers number as the staff left my order above the warmer while prioritizing on line orders and we got cold food but the staff refused to give it to us. I will never support the carnival mall branch again. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Service was poor. Waited very long for food and lady by the name mila was very rude at the front.This use to be a great mochachos but they will not see me again.

Food was great.. flavoursome and awesome.. unfortunately due to covid, no table sauce is offered and a sauce bottle needs to be purchased should you wish to have extra sauce.

Mochachos carnival the best branch ever food always fresh and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We never leave the shop disappointed I can recommend this store to anyone who enjoys good food. Keep it up

Food is amazing. They do take a bit of time to make it but it is worth it. Takeaway recommended because its not so nice inside. Make sure you eat the food while it is still warm. Chips with spice is amazing

Nice food, used to have fast service and nice chicken livers but the Guy that used to work on the counter is no longer there. now the ladies are at the front and its a mess now, they shout at each other all the time.... you wait a century for the order and the livers are a mix soup now... i dnt like it now

This restaurant has the only reputation that has not disappointed me and Ive been here more than 10 times and at multiple different location. I recommend the Alberton or Carinval mall location. Great service and meals are well priced.

Got the wrong order ! Ordered beef got chicken burger after waiting over 30min thenI was told the owner does not except R100 notes with the buffalo on it , it has to have nelson Mandela on the note ?Then took an extra R100 which I only noticed when I walked away .Won’t go back!

Food is good. Customer service is terrible. No one assisting in front. All the employees standing at the back laughing leaning on their arms. No professionalism. Food takes too long as well. Only ordered a single cheese burger and waited 20 minutes.

Speed of service not good. Ordered a meal and was not informed that there will be a wait. After about 25 min, we asked them to bring anything that is ready. Burgers were ready after about 30 min but kept in warmer and not brought. After more than 50 min of waiting and nothing brought so we asked for a refund. Lady at till was apologetic and assisted with the refund.

I used to enjoy Mochachos food @carnival mall but lately im really disappointed you wait long for your orders .. Today Has been a whole turn off i was not impress with the full chicken it was very very dry ive asked for lemon and herb but i got totally a different thing which was very flavorless,dry and way too much spices

Food is good. Customer service is terrible! Horrible actually! Best to maybe order over phone (which may take 30 mins coz the woman cant hear or the line is bad) then pick up without interacting with any staff. Coz they all so sour. Like they have to eat lemons as part of their hourly routine... but i think is with all. Coz east rand mall staff.... eh eh, even more sour and sarcastic.
