The worst library Ive ever been to. The security lady is so rude.

So I checked online if the library is open today and it shoes open then I went to the library, Im currently standing outside the library and its closed and there is no notice what so ever online to update us, this is an inconvenience

I phoned to find out if they are open on a Saturday for studying purposes. They picked up the phone but no one spoke for about 2 minutes. I phoned back and a lady answered saying that she cant talk, I must phone back after an hour. Is this not a public facility???
