Pathetic, made appointment for 2 nd vaccine and upon going on the 21/10 at 9.00 only yo find out that they dont have stock of Phizer vaxine and dont know when they will have.Poor customer relation as they could have notified all concerned prior to arrival.It is very sad to see the NEW SA workforce so unprofesional.

Worse service I experienced in a long time. Takes them 15 minutes to get 2 bokses of medicine and another one to be ordered which would have been delivered on Tuesday. Its Wednesday, after 2 calls they tell me that they cannot get hold of driver since this morning. They told me this afternoon that it might be delivered on Thursday. Now my daughter has to suffer.

Worst service ever. The pharmavy takes hours and ell of them look like they are on dope or something, they move extra slow. Also never have the meds I need in stock. Very poor service will not recommend

Slightly long ques at the dispensary with usually only 2 to 3 assistance for 10-20 waiting people. Yet service is friendly and they are always eager to help

I like Carnival Mall, and I get medication from Clicks but the Pharmacy at Clicks anywhere in South Africa has a very slow system because one has to wait longer but at this branch, they really do their best but need to make sure that they have enough stock of medication, but the shop itself if fine really.

Worst place ever! You wait forever in the lines and when you get in front eventually you find out that the person who helped you a month ago never put your script in the system... Now you cant get your medication cause there is no script for you!! But it was taken by them a month ago and they never put it in!! Oh and the script that you have with you to give in they dont want to take because it was mot directly emailed to them, BUT you have been getting your stuff there for 3 years!!!! Same medications same doctor same scriptAnd they are so flippen rudeNever again worst service ever

By far my favourite Clicks. Florence the manager is extremely helpful and always engages in conversation. The overall appearance and vibe is neat, tidy and professional.

I have been emailing my script to clicks for a while now without any issues but recently i have been told by a lady pharmacist there, that they dont take emailed scripts they need original copies and they cant help me without the original so now i have drive to Johannesburg and get the original 😠

Selected dispensary option the phone rings for a long time when they eventually answer you are put on hold for dispensary. not helpful either.

On Tuesday 19th June, I was very pleased with the kind and patient way Vivian Mateyise helped to solve an authorisation problem with my medical aid. She also very kindly helped me with my daughters prescription.

Vety long wait, average wait is 45 mins . But
