Can someone please explain to me why do I have to wear my mask when lifting weights but the people WALKING on the treadmills are allowed to remove their masks???? It really annoys me!! Everyone must wear masks or no one wears masks!!! You are treating your clients unfairly!!

Good staff and training facility. Focus needs to be on cleanliness of the bathroom as people shave in basins, and leave behind hair, blood etc.

Its at a mall so somewhat traffic in and out. Great service and equipment. Reasonably priced unlike other gyms and great quality.

Service excellent. Went to sign a 12 month contract for my wife. The service consultant was friendly and competent. Even with system issues she new exactly what to do. They make you feel welcome and peak your interest to join the gym.

It was great and easy to do my circuit workout without interruption. Just their shower water pressure sucks... and that one has to tag as they exit. That sucks

I am a member of planet fitness and I was horrified to observe a private class going on at the gym yesterday evening on the black mats. The person giving the lesson is not an instructor of the gym the group of approximately 6 individuals were not wearing a mask correctly or rather the mask was below their chins. The manager of the gym did not ask them put their maks above their nose . This gym is not following covid protocols. And neither were the parcipants in the blocks designated onthe mat

Nearing 3 months of training here and man what an experience. Staff warmly greet you at the door and the other clientele dont muck about. Soon i am going to be in the best shape I have been in in 20 years.

Its my gym. I go there regularly but of late, the queues have been a nightmare. The longest I have waited outside is 30min which I find very ridiculous.

Health is always important and these guys have what I need the most in terms of machinery to shape myself.

Lack of classes as covid restrictions have caused less people in classes.

Worst Service ever, trying to sort out a contract issue with them is like going to McDonalds for Pando.

Great and spacious gym around boksburg. Equipment is always kept clean and sanitized at all times.

Everything was great, except I dont understand why we cannot use the steam room, we nerd to relax the body n muscles do not ache so much, please.

Husbands phone was just stolen out the locker rooms. Apparently theres been 3 other incidents in the week......so why has nothing been done? No camera reviews or anything yet.

Woke up to go to the gym and website and the the facility point out that they should be open by 5:30. Still not open. Poor communication. Its Christmas eve not Christmas inform people.

It has amazing machines if you really want to loose weight it also has steam rooms well it doesnt have a swimming pool but it beats most virgin actives with its machine I guess there are many ways to loose weight without a swimming pool and its affordable to exercise there

Great gym,nice and clean.However their cafeteria can do way better...the coffee is expensive for what they are serving and it tastes poorly.And generally the instructors dont seem to assist members who requires attention but rather walk by.

Asked to make an arrangement to pay my arrears payments which I was not aware of due to no one calling or emailing me, I got offered a 50% settlement discount, paid the settlement which brought my account up to date. Every single time I would go to the gym thereafter, it was a mission getting in as my payments still werent brought up to date on their system. This is embarrassing! I even called in to change my debit order details, and yesterday I go to the gym to be denied access by Storm at Reception due to non-payments, baring in mind that I probably gave him my reference number for the settlement agreement several times and told him what the arrangement was with head-office. Wouldnt suggest Planet-Fitness to anymore people due to the service I have received. Called Head office this morning to find out I can only go to gym again from tomorrow until they update their accounts.

Its a good gym, wont lie about that. My only problem is that it gets too crowded and you sometimes have to wait in line to get the weight or the machine you want to use... Maybe an expansion will do the trick.

Fitness personnel is very pushy, they dont know when to back down.

This gym allows kids no older than 8 years old hog all the equipment and they do nothing. We pay for the use of this place and they allow kids to take over that dont even pay and you cannot go to someone elses kids and ask them to move because they are playing around and you want to gym. And they allow people to sit on the machines while they play on there phones and they do nothing, Ive seen people sit on a single machine for 35 minutes and do nothing but play on their phone. They used to have signs up saying not to sit on your phone while using the machines but they took them all off the walls and now people do as they please. There is no hygiene at this gym either, 90% of everyone there dose not use towels and there once again is no signs anymore asking people to use them or enforceing people to use them, so most of the time you get a machine covered in sweat. This place is a joke.

I use planet fitness and i will say its a good gym,the workers there are very friendly and ready to listen to you like you are there relative, always smiling, the gym equipment are on point and sweet, the place is almost as clean as heaven, i would recommend planet fitness to anyone anyday, but they should just try as much hard to build a swimming pool, thats the only thing lacking in planet fitness, apart from that they are an incredible gym company
