When i physically went to the shop, the service was very good but when i tried to phone to get further info ... that phone rang ... and rang ... and rang ... and rang .... so i thought i would phone later .... the same thing ... it rang and rang and rang ... so maybe the staff should learn how to answer a phone or maybe the ringtone was off .... who knows ....
