What a horrible experience stay away!Everything went well until the eye test was completed.The lady in the front took my details and said she would call me when new frames arrive...this did not happen.After we went in on our own and picked 2 frames she told us that they will call 2 days later with a quotation...this did not happen. A week goes by and I call once again to follow up she tells me there is only one frame that i pick.When going in to the store to clear this matter it turns out the one frame they have wasnt even the one we picked.She just passes the bucket and says sorry I am new it wasnt me...but she was the one that helped us.What a horrible experience. Will never go back to this branch.

The phone just rings... nobody answers. How do you even book an appointment !

My daughter received a message that her glasses were ready to be collected, she went in only to be told that her lens were not in mind you she is leaving for Cape Town on Saturday which she communicated with them that she is studying in Cape Town

I visited Spec-Savers Carnival Mall for the last 10 years and todays visit was the best experience ever! The friendly staff helped me choose trendy eyewear and Im looking forward collecting my new glasses! The optometrist was such a sport and we had a lot of fun! Well done!

Utterly useless. Confirmed an online booking just to be told that there’s no optometrist available. Go figure.

Hi can you please do something about your Brakpan Branch. They really have a attitude problem. I complained last year about their service. They still have a problem. My fiance been there too get a appointment for her son. They told her they can only can help him February 2021. They give him a bad frame last year. The screw keep on getting loose. They keep on fixing it. Now finally the specs are unfixable. The child wear specs permanently now he must wait till February 2021. Wont his eyes get weaker. Isnt a emergency.

They said they will open shop when its level 2 and when I get there today they are still closed.

Tell you one thing then doing the opposite of what they said do not think the results was that accurate for 2nd opinion said something a lot different..
