The security looks fair and well in order. The estate also looks clean and fairly well kept. It appears that children are safe to run around and play outside which is a good thing. When i was there the area seemed to be nice and calm and neighbourly.

The estate is really safe. Its a peaceful environment to live in. There is a lot of children who live here, so everyones top priority is the safety of all children.There is a huge park -which is located in the middle of the estate- that has a football field, a netball court, a jungle gym (swings/slides), an olympic sized sandpit, Built-in concrete tabels and seats.All the children get together early in the morning each day, and they play right through until the sun goes down..The securities are friendly and well mannered. They are quick to response to any potential danger and or problems that may occur within the estate.

It was OK to live there. It’s becoming unsafe. People are very noisy there and the security people are just there to get paid.

I live here for 12 years and I sit in the complex and I dont bothered people and this is a place where I can relax and I not allowed this sit here anymore at oklane meuse and where can I sit to relax because thats unfair and I am not allowed even come in the place

The security there is rude and mean. There was a day where I went there and there was no electricity. The security demanded I call my family that resides there by using my own phone. And they dont politely ask me to call my family they demand I do because their call gate opener doesnt work due to no electricity. And then when I called my aunt these dude snatches my phone off my hands. The place is nice and all but the security needs some proper training to deal with people because that was just unacceptable.

Im staying close to the entrance/ main gate. There should be a sign saying no loud music (cars entering the premises) when approaching the gate. Its becoming noisy sometimes. It will be at least rate 5 star estate if we can upgrade security system and use finger system for opening the gate and send different code to our visitors. The dialing tone at the gate get noisy more especially at night. You can hear while its ringing and also people talking through.

Im still staying here ..and I would very much appreciate if they would build a pool where theres an Open area with no houses and full of grass...I suggest they do something useful since they havent built any housesOakland is falling apart...This place is very nice but the security guards are grumpy at times when we greet they wont greet back ....please tell them to leave their problems at home !

Fibre is up and running, it was quicker than anticipated. The coverage is impressive. Security 24hour and patrol around. Kids enjoy being in a safe place. A need for sports/park should be considered.Ohh during COVID19 lockdown, this is the best place. Everyone is observing the regulations and kids are not roaming around the streets.Great security very good

Came here to house-sit for my Aunt and Uncle. Very quiet neighbours, very lovely layout of the houses, and also clean and well kept. I adivse they start building the pool that they have planned soon though.

I have been staying in Oaklane estate for 6+ years and i have witnessed the place fall apart all around us...apart from the total lack of maintenance and the crazy childress playing where the not allowed and the TERRIBLE security that gets paid to stand around and not do anything els its not the worst place i have ever stayed...
