Always good and friendly service. Waiters will geld you with a smile and enthusiasm all the time. A bit low on cake varieties but that doesnt take away from the good service I received.

Good tasty food.

This used to be our favorite place for coffee and Millionaires cake. Then last night we were told by a snotty waitress that there is no longer a smoking area. By principle I do not support businesses that discriminate against smokers. We then walked out and went next door to The Flour Girl and bought a cake to enjoy with our Jacobs filter coffee at home. This is the point where I must thank Mugg & Bean. The cake from The Flour Girl is streets ahead of what Mugg & Bean has and the Jacobs filter coffee beats theirs by far. No more need for Mugg & Bean.

Awesome restaurant, service was excellent and the staff were so friendly and kept smiling even knowing there may be difficult time ahead of the country again. Keep up the excellent service guys. You rock.

I had to park down and work on my novel. My writer served me without disrupting my flow of thoughts. I could see that he would carefully watch over me, to see if I needed something he woukd be right there to serve me. I enjoyed working here, it is absokutely the best place to be if you want to just sit and write. My waiter could for sure read the room. Well done!

Wont recommend the nachos. Didnt have cheese sauce or black beans as per menu. Just dry corn chips with half melted cheese and a minuscule amount of salsa and guacamole. Very disappointing. Coffee was good as always.

Service is a bit slow but the coffee is good. But why are they so stingy with the butter when you order a muffin. 2 tiny cubes less than a centimeter square.

Very well maintained and the only place Ive been in that actually sanitised properly! Each table has a bottle of sanitizer on it too plus when you go in the entrance. Staff friendly and helpful too.

Food good as always. Services not so good. Waited to be served and had to call waiter,waited for coffee...waited for food. Waiter brought bill to one person instead of placing bill in the centre of the table...then did not thank us for the tip. Very distracted Mensi? Bit of training required

I like the place, the menu is limited, but the food is yummy. Ive never been disappointed by the service. I go there to do some work when I need a quiet space. I appreciate the bottomless drinks options and free wifi. I also particularly like the Big Daddy burger with a cappuccino.

Always been a fan of mugg and bean great coffee. Good food. Pretty sure portion sizes have gotten smaller but quality is still tops.

Great service, amazingly friendly staff and just an overall great time.When entering the restaurant you are greeted by friendly Waitrons and seated, right away you are helped by a friendly smile and you can place your drink order and go through the menu, you dont need to sit for hours and wait for drinks to arrive because you are served right away. And the same applies after waiting for food to arrive.

The food was amazing, the staff was very pleasant and professional, its not a complain but quesadilla can we have more chicken an less mushrooms, besides that it was perfect😁

My friend and I had a bad experience on Sunday when we went for breakfast at about ten. We were shown to a table given menus and after saying nothing the waiter left. Ten minutes later a waitress came to take drink orders and left. She only asked for food orders when brining drinks which was already a while. About twenty minutes later she came and apologised for the wait but one of our meals had been taken to the table next to us by mistake. So another fifteen minutes wait our meals arrived my friends meal was cold and he sent it back and at this stage asked to see the manager. A young gentleman came across and apologised profusely. He then brought us coffee on the house and discounted our meal. Whilst we are grateful for this all we ask is a decent meal and not have to wait so long. In all honesty the young man who spoke to us was dressed the same as the waiters and was serving tables. Ive always enjoyed Mugg and Bean but wont be back in a hurry.
