All thanks to lady called Maria if I remember the lady name, she gave me the best customer service. For the fact that she respects one language it awesome for me, how she explained everything it awesome. I must say compliment how they follow the customer safety by strictly following the Covid 19 regulations. Thanks to the guy (manages the lines) who ensures that I didnt get his name.Even it was during lunch time they managed to ensure that they dont keep the customers for long time.Happy new clients.

We waiting 1 week for verification of the line owner just because he doesnt have fingerprints because of Diabetes. Why is his Home Affairs issued ID not good enough the phone costs less than R500 and you have his billing details.

I am so disappointed that till today I havent received any assistance with my claim for loss device. Worse how the stuff at Mall@carnival doesnt know the correct process for claims. I have been sent back and forth only to find that they sending my documents to incorrect department.

I am appalled by the service we received. We visited the store on Sunday the 17.05.2020, they did not have the stock but were asked to complete paperwork to ensure that when stock arrives we get the phone, cool we did just that. Adamsr7 asked us to return on Wednesday as the stock will arrive on Tuesday, coming Wednesday for collection made sense as the stock will have to go through the receiving process. Basically everything went well until Wednesday,no one bothered to inform us that we should not come on Wednesday because the stock has not been arrived? We waited over 2 hours in a queue only to be told that stock has not arrived, 4hrs and petrol wasted over nothing. I think you should really be working on improving customer services because if this is how you treat the fewer customers that you have then you will be closing doors sooner than anticipated. I am so irritated that I am actually considering cancelling the deal and go to the competitor. I needed the new phone for the exams which starts tomorrow now what?

My experience was very very bad my name is Steven I went there yesterday to apply for the uncapped contact R499 10mps the lady who was helping me said I will receive a call with further instructions I havent received nothing 😒😒😒 I am so disappointed because its my second time arriving there and receiving no help the first time after waiting in the line for hours they told me I cant apply with out an Id cause I had my drivers license now with all my documents they say my bank statement was unable to scan 😧 😠 I was shocked that the shop only had one scanning machine after hours of waiting she told me to leave and that I will receive a call. I dont think Ill be returning there so so so so disappointed 😔😣

I dealt with a guy named Eugene. He was very helpful getting me to take out the contract, only to realise he was simply just agreeing to everything I requested with our taking any actions. I specifically asked for him to remove my previous contract number and update it with my current prepaid number. He even took down my current number, only to update my previous contract which was not what I asked for.

Still waiting after a week for fingerprints approval from management to get a cellphone contract

Telkom direct Mall@carnival has been offline now for 3 days. I must buy wi-fi data for my business. But I cant. Why are they offline. Where must I go now to buy data

Did my upgrade by this shop last week Thursday. Shop was broken into over the weekend. Was there on Wednesday this week and the shop was still closed. It will be nice if they can let us know when we are going to received our new phone or not We cant contact them as the landline is connected to the call center.

The lady who assisted me was alright, whilst the other staff were arguing with a very confused customer and as for the tech guys, they are incredibly LAZY and USELESS! After I bought my wireless router, when they had to open it and connect me, one of them literally ran away and then the other one just yawned through inserting the Sim card and then that was it, no explaination...

Maria is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend her service.

What an inefficient bunch of staff. Stood outside for half an hour waiting for them to open. When they opened we were told come back later the system is off line. How much later? Who knows, then you have to join a queue again. They will not check your documentation to see if you have everything they need. Go do your shopping and come back later. I came 14 kms just to sort out a simcard. No money for shopping because we have to buy a new phone because the other one was taken at gunpoint!!!

I intended to do a sim swap from my Vodacom prepaid number to my new Telkom contract SIM card. Ive been to the store twice and the number has still not been ported. It has been two months since my request to do a SIM swap. It is an extremely frustrating process. The Telkom employee who handled this matter is Zondi. This is poor customer service on the part of Telkom. I regret taking out a phone contract with Telkom.
