This is a little place well worth visiting my age 78 and they have all sorts of music for my taste I was after various artists of my era in concert Dvds and they had just what I was looking for the lady (owner) and her son such nice people well worth supporting them

Placed an order for a DVD whicb I could not find on Loot, Take it All, and Amazon, on late Friday afternoon. DVD delivered to my doorstep in perfect condition on Tuesday at 9h45 in Durban. Fast and efficient service. Nice to support a little guy in Brakpan.

Music was presented in order that was easy to browse. Very helpful staff, willing to order for you whatever they dont have stock of. Free coffee offered after a few cds were selected. Better than the famous chain store.

I wanted a cd of Lance James and placed an order with Echo Bar. I did not notice that I incorrectly ordered a record instead. I received a record 2 days later. I phoned Echo Bar and the told me to return the record. They replaced the record with, not only Lance Jamess cd but with 10 other cds at no charge plus s refund of R50.00. Fantastic, prompt and very friendly service. I will recommend them anytime.

I couldnt believe my luck. I had been searching the internet all day, without much luck for a DVD that no one seemed to have. I even contacted the New York Metropolitan opera shop, in case they could meet my request. Unfortunately, the prohibitive cost of shipping to SA was an unfortunate response . At that point, by some strange intervention, the Echo Online Record Bar popped up on the screen. And unbelievable as it may seem, they stocked exactly what I required. I was almost dumbstruck by such a fortuitous occurrence and within a few days I hope to have couriered to me my elusive DVDs. I may add that the service I received from Mark was superlative. They were the only store in South Africa to have the CD that was just released and both versions of what I was looking for and what the normal retailer had to offer.2. I had to do a online purchase because the shop is in JHB and I live in CPT.3. It took 3 days for my purchase to reach my premise.4.
