The service is extremely slow. The food was burnt and stale.My food had hair underneath it. Which was clearly not mine. When brought to the managers attention, she argued that it was mushroom fluff.Then after expert analysis it was determined that the mushroom fluff was in fact human hair.Unacceptable.

R105 for a bacon, egg & cheese tramezzini is an absolute rip off!Unfortunately only noticed the price when the bill arrived!Service was good. Tramezzini itself was ok.

Delicious food, and great service

Service has improved so much in the last 2 years, and the food yummmmmmy, the presentation was awesome. I really had a good meal. The espresso was the only let down, was not tasting like an espresso neither was it strong enough to make a difference. Overall was an exceptional experience.

Definitely had a good time here, the staff was very welcoming. We asked the manager to reserve a table for two because it was my brothers ladys birthday, we got just that and everything was prepared in time. The waiter was a humble and hospitable guy. Id recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time with their significant other, in a relaxing space. Its perfect for family as well. Thank you Cappuccinos! Youll definitely see me again

One order....wrong twice!!!! How difficult is it to serve fruit salad and ice cream????Breakfast cold as we had to wait almost an hour for the food. I will not recommend the breakfast at all. The service was not too great. At least inform the customer if they have shortage of kitchen staff. I will NOT return....😡

Visited with the family for dinner. We ordered Pizza and Chicken schnitzel that was both very delicious. Generous servings. They also allowed ordering sushi from John Dory next door. The kids enjoyed the play area that also had a child minder looking after them. Very little I can fault on except that the tables and chairs needs maybe a good clean along with the menus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The overall ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable.

We looked forward to the breskfast this morning but was very disappointed. Your food is dirty the frenchtoast had black charcaol spots all over it. Possible from a dirty grill. Even the white toast was dirty. We had to send it back to the kitchen and this put us off the breakfast completely. The excuse given by your waiter / manager was also sub standard. Dont think we will have breakfast at Cappuccinos again. Dont know why we should pay for this type of service in this country and pretend to be satified

Perfect almost every time... cocktails are lovely and will knock the ish out of you so be warned.I mainly eat pasta however their pizzas are awesome as my family does for their specials.Still by far the most iconic food outlet of my decade.

Went in today for a quick coffee and a bite, I greeted the staff and proceeded to my fave spot. 20 min later still not a waiter or waitress in site. I packed up, walk out and still was not acknowledge. Maybe it was my invisible day today. Very disappointing

(Free wifi) only comes with Dining. Not drinks. Also the chai latte was slightly warmer then Luke warm. I wouldve had quite a few drinks were they not stingy with their wifi and their Chai tea being hot. Writing this from another Coffee shop.

Dissapointed with the cold food served to my partner and I, upon querying the cold food it was simply put into the microwave to reheat and still came out partially warm on certain parts of the food. This clearly shows the lack of care to prepare food FRESH!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service! Their mojito tasted terrible there was an excess amount of lemon and it tasted like I was drinking lemon water. I expressed my concern and was told that the drink cant be canceled as it costs too much because a lot of ingredients were used so it will be expensive. The manager went on about how this is how they make mojito and that this drink is bitter and ugly because of the ingredients I explained that I have always enjoyed my mojito at other places and the one I had had too much lemon what tasted like lemon concentrate. She said its not lemon in the mojito its lime and I didnt read the ingredients and thats why Im complaining if I actually read them I wouldnt be complaining. I took that as an insult! She did not care about customer service all she cared about was to prove that she was right and I was being silly and didnt know what I was talking about. She insisted to decrease the amount of lime from 1 tot to a spoon and use lemonade instead of soda water. Im not an expert on drinks but she was annoying. I didnt eat or drink I was so upset! I watched my friend eat. I will NEVER go back there! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

No WiFi code untill you order a MEALSat down to start working as I tend to do in other coffeeshops. I had an urgent email to send so I just ordered a regular cappuccino and asked for the WiFi password. I was shocked to be told that I will only be given the password AFTER I order a meal and not just a beverage. I honestly had every intention of ordering food while I was there but probably 30 minutes after I had sat down and certainly not under duress. So I packed my things and left without spending anything.Looking at that I typically order 2 cuppaccinoes and a meal when I work, I would have spent about R200 including the tip. Clearly business is booming if you insist on such policies and ignoring customer needs. So my business wont be missed in perpetuity.Cant rate your food, your policy left a foul taste in my mouth before I could even order.
