Not great. Basic hardware supplies with almost no service. As for the response below from the store : It must be difficult for you to greet a customer and ask what he needs. It must be difficult to ignore a customer when he comes to you for assistance. It must be difficult for you to let him roam your store without assistance in search of what he needs. And even more difficult yet to see him give up and leave without having found anything . So I do believe you are right. in that respect I must be incredibly difficult to please. Oh. And you can be selective about my reviews if you want... But I suggest you read up on all of them. They are objective. If you want to call a spade a fork thats your indaba. Let me point you in the right direction... Check out Midas as a good start. People are tired of poor service and we will give the reviews we believe places should have. And yours sadly... Doesnt warrant it.

I really wish you can get rid of the car guards that harass the people that come to your store. They are a nuisance and they fight over who gets money . I used to support you all the time and spent thousands of Rands with you but I will rather drive to any other hardware store than to deal with the car guards and they now come to my workplace to beg for money.

Please come here if you are looking for competitive prices, they also charge 150 for delivery of supplies, which is insanely good

Hardware and Building, time has passed and I have gone back many times. The main thing that I really appreciate about them is I can ask them any DIY Question. Even when I have a dead end DIY project, they would find the solution, at W.H. Hardware and Building you are not a number, you are a friend asking for help and they never stop to go above and beyond to assist.
