Always get the best service here. Keep up the good work waiters and waitresses. As for the chefs, I am speechless. They make me want to have seconds, but Im too full.

Need to train the new waiters to know the menu better. Deserts need to be fresh and floor Manger need to take responsibility when food/desert not up to standard

Ordered a all Vegan al capone and chilli chicken monster pizza. First they forget my order and then put feta on a vegan pizza. Not a good experience at this restaurant. Staff need basic training on the what vegan is. Secondly the manager doen not even apologize for the inconvenience of the mistake and incompetence of the staff.

Panarottis also paired up with Mr Delivery, making Vegan take aways more accessable on the East Rand.Well done to Panarottis for being one of the first francishes to acknowledge the growing demand for plant based alternatives.

Absolutely love this Panarottis. The managers are very involved and allergy conscious. I have never received bad service from the waiters and waitresses. AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE... they now have Vegan Pizza !!!!!!!!!! YAY guys you rock!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a beef lasagna all with extra cheese for takeout.Pizzas were not presentable, burnt, cut unevenly and overall terrible. Lasagna was salty and also terrible as if that was not all the extra cheese that was ordered surprise surprise it wasnt added. Mxm what a waste if my money never again will I order food from Panarottis I am so disappointed I expected better!!!Update:After the review from myself I received a call from the manager of Panarottis Elvis and he apologized for the bad food i reviewed and offered to redo my order and give me some vouchers. I must say when I went there again the food and service was quite exquisite and I am happy with the service received from the waitron stuff. Thank you guys for making this a great dining experience . I am happy now

Went to Panarottis Mall@Carnival on 12/3/2021 around 6-7pm. It took long to get our food and Margherita I ordered was horrible. I went to East Rand Mall the week before and the Margherita was delicious. I cant understand the difference if they are same Franchise.

Management was rude and not helpful at all. He brought to sets of pizza and does not greet us, asks what my name was and calls the people after us to serve them so my husband told him his not done with our order and he opens the boxes to show us the order and there were 2 pizzas missing he then asks for my name again and bring 2 more boxes. As a manager he has no skills dealing with customers.

Thanks to waiters Funky, Mokulungg for there oustanding customer service we received on the 14th November. We will recommend Panarottis Mall @Carnival any time . And for fact Funky is a walking menu in many words. And to the Operations Manager Nkosana well done.

We ordered spaghetti Bolognese, the meat was flavourless and not as it used to be with the italian tomato pastasauce. It was terrible! Even the service was poor? I would rather go to Papachinos.I dont know how you can turn this around. I should have asked for my money back. Im still so disgusted... it was really bad.Get a new chef! I will contact your head office soon.

I normally love going to the restaurant. Tonight we went there for a family dinner. Arrived at 20:30 after first checking the closing time. We felt that we had enough time to enjoy dinner and drinks before closing at 22:00.Around 21:15 the staff started cleaning and were moving tables and chairs around, interrupting our meal and constantly brushing past us with cleaning materials.I felt rushed and unwelcome. I eventually asked for a takeaway as I no longer enjoyed the place or the atmosphere.I will never go back to this restaurant.

Amazing sizzling and fresh snails. Wonderful staff... Karen was great..very polite. Fettuccine pasta the best I had at any Panarotis.

Waiters are friendly and keen to help but once you go for take-away instead of dinning there i guess you become a little less.We decided after a long day we were to just order some pasta and go home to enjoy. When we received our order it was wrong and didnt get to really enjoy it.I love olives so got the chorizo (spicy) no mushrooms. Wrong, received, mushrooms and creamy..Hubs loves Alfredo, but didnt enjoy it at all. complained about the taste.Lasagne was oks, not as per there normal yummy taste we know and like.Do we who decide to take-away instead of dinning get meals which are just made how ever and not cared for because we arent there to complain or send it back if its wrong?(Edit) I was contacted by Linda from Panarottis Carnival Mall. He replaced our whole meal value. Took the special. Pizza and Pasta.. hubs retook Alfredo and it was cooked perfectly. Taste was great. Enjoyed our meal.Thank you Linda

Terrible service again from this place!! We waited for over 35 minutes for a take away order. Went to nearby shop and came back with order not ready. They were prioritizing a group of sit-ins. Done with this Panarottis, definately not going to buy from here again.Terrible service normally at the end of the month especially now in December. The stuff only prioritise sit-ins. It took 45 minutes to for me to get my takeaway order. The manager kept on saying 5 minutes for 20 minutes. Eat as much as you can Pizza special nights are also terrible. The stuff cant manage the tables they only serve tables that are close to the kitchen.

It was a quiet night, waiter was friendly and went out her way to entertain our little girl.Had the chicken milano fettuccine and it was delicious. Spouse had the salmon pizza and was also great. Good experience last night. Definitely reccomended.

Eat As Much As You CanI dont visit Pannarottis often. I usually visit them on Thursdays when it is their all you can eat. The reason im only giving a 3 star review is because the service is a bit slow. A waiting period of about 20 minutes for a pizza you could actually eat they dont make a big variety on the eat as much as you can nights which is a big disapointment. The staff however is very friendly and helpful ill give them a 5 for their great staff.
