Love the giant burgers 🍔 and litre beers 🍺,Good value for money

The worst experience Ive ever had. The service was extremely slow. The bar tender wa rude and didnt seem very happy to be serving us. We ordered shots and we asked for a tray to place the shots in. He told us to carry the shots in our hands. So we spiiled them on our way to our seats. Definitely not going back there again.

An amazing joint for those who are always out and about

The place is nice. Setup is perfect for sports and hanging out, but the service is terrible. Its nonexistent actually. We politely asked one of the waitresses (when we finally found one) to take our order. She wasnt interested, reluctantly told us shell be back. She went and stood by the corner by the bathrooms, leaned against the pillar and forgot about us. We had to hustle for another waitress, also with no manners but at least took our order. Get the service right, then the place would get perfect reviews.

Over R100 for a small pizza that tastes like the base was bought from Pick N Pay that was then Microwaved to melt the cheese and warm up the precooked ingredients. First time, last time. Hard pass. Food is rubbish... service was also questionable. Overall, I dont gamble, but Brus made me feel like I placed a rather risky bet and went home empty handed.

I dont even think this place should get one star...zero stars is a better rating. Ive been here when its quiet and super busy and all the times Ive experienced the worst service ever. The people that work there act like they are doing me a favour by taking my order and bringing it to my table. Its so bad, I avoid it completely. I dont even go to watch shows there

No signage to say the whole place is a smoking zone

Dont order belgravia there, the price is the most expensive ever in South Africa. How do you justify R55.00 per small bottle of belgravia, daylight robbery. The service is average unless you wanna watch a game there.

Worst ever service I got watching a rugby match. Waited forever for service. On a world cup match you should be organised.

Service is VERY SLOW, it took me 45minutes to place an order at the bar. Employees too relaxed, no customer service at all, treated like they are doing you a favour by serving you. Worst management Ive ever come across.

Worst service... Nobody came to serve at table had to go to bar to get drinks... Basically nobody at bar and still being ignored

Awful, Awful!! No waiters available on a Monday night, bar lady had to serve us. Menu leaves much to be desired - the only steak they have on their menu was OUT OF STOCK. We ordered 2 x Deadliest Catch seafood meals - insisted on not paying for it as the prawns were OFF, the squid (calamari on menu) was as hard as rock and where on earth do you hear of mussels being cooked in tomato sauce, really? We decided to order cuppacinos - guest what - NO CREAM! Stay away - never again for me and all the guests that were with me.

Vibe is great but service is the worst. New management and staff is needed. Youll become sober waiting for your first round. Please avoid if you are impatient and already in a great mood because your night will be ruined. Cocktails are weak and expensive. Shots are reasonable.

Dont mind paying expensive for drinks and then we still have to walk to the pub by yourself.No service no communication. The closing time is just attrotious. When you have a large amount of tables. Closing time was at 23:00 and this is in carnival city casino.Very bad wont go there again ever.

Beyond terrible .its 17h30 on a Friday afternoon and the place is empty ( well 6 tables occupied in this really big place ) and still had to go to the bar after 15 minutes to ask if its self service ,apparently not as the barman found the one and only waitress, whose lack of interest should warned me that she knows nothing she does would improve her. Eventually when the food arrives , I ordered the double cheesy burger and my wife the peri peri chicken, disgusting is actually too good of a word for how it tasted. There was pieces of skin on my wifes burger ,no peri peri sauce and the tomato sauce served tasted like food coloring and sugar . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE .... RUN RUN RUN TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT OR BAR.

Absolutely useless! Please avoid as you will be avoided upon arrival. Stood at the door for 15 minutes waiting to be seated but completely ignored by the waiter who saw us.

Heartbreaking... Waitresses were just having caucus over a corner, we sat for more than 15minutes for service had to go to the bar to get the menu and the bar man called one of the waitresses to come and assist us, she took her precious take to get to the table had to get up and leave:(

Been there often. Each time you order they havent got the coctails you want. So you must drink something u dont like. Why have a menu if theres no stock. Wont be going there again. Wont recomend it at all and find bar area is dirty. Dont waste ur money go somewhere else

The Waitress had the worst attitude, chewing chappie in my ear when I was lucky enough to grab her attention to serve our table upon paying the bill she had the audacity to demand a tip very unprofessional terrible place bleh!

Service is always terrible from waitors and waitresses. Drinka take forever to come. After a certain time you find that the bar has run out of certain drinks. If you are impatient, and hate waiting for drinks. Dont go to Brus lol. Music and Food is good.

Started off bad and ended worse. First and last time. Booked a table for 14 people, confirmed booking the day before and they said everything was fine. Upon arrival we stood around waiting to be helped. Had to go looking for a manager myself. Asked for my table reservation they did not know about it. When i asked what they would do about this they said there are plenty tables we can sit anywhere. When i asked do expect every one to sit and celebrate a birthday at 4 different tables around the restuarant they got upset and started dragging round tables around to make the worst long table i have ever seen. No apologies for this. Great now we are seated and waited 20 minutes for a waiter. We order drinks and it came in shot glasses and when we said the drink is served in a glass the waiter rudely asked if we had told her to pit it in a glass. Again no apology. Food took 1 hour to bring the first half and another 20 minutes later the last people got their dinner. Again no apology. The waiter never came and took more drink orders never cleared the tables. If you wanted a drink we had to get up and go ask for it. The food was horrible. The burger wasnt even pure beef. Looked like a pre packed patty from a box of I&J.Overall worst experience the entire table has ever had... to note were not the only table that had been complaining that night.
