Staff very rude express tills for 10 or less items. Not all items in store and when I told manage about bad service she said ok. Two loafs of bread time to be served ,40 minutes plus.

When I comes to Food I personally Believe that presentation is key - thats not the case with this Shoprite.When it come to in-produce departmentsDeli (Fast Food), Bakery and also the Fruit and vegetablesThe presentation can make you lose appetite, the Pie look like theyre old (maybe theyre 🤦)As for the Butchery Timothy Struwig (Manager) seems to be giving it his best.Im just not sure if its a Good idea to place shoes directly infront of the ButcheryStaff:The Shop is not that busy hence at times you find theres only one person at bakery and Bread burns.- it seem like No One see anything wrong, And the Customers still Buy

Workers can be more productive if thy stop chatting to coworkers , especially the ones working at the checkout points.

The worst shoprite I have experienced so far, staff totally hopeless and rude, standing in a que with at least 5 people in front of you is the norm. If you find 2 cashiers out of the 10 on a week day youll be lucky

Its reasonably priced. I wont buy veggies there or meat. And their stock is sometimes expired. So check the dates on some items

Service is superb the staff is very knee and helpful to customers. Its clean and convenient as its quick to shop. The product prices are very reasonable.

They are selling a rotten thing fat free rietbrand milk are spoiled and i once bought youghurt that is spoiled too

CARS BEING VANDALIZED!!!The parking lot is teeming with vagrants and hawkers. If you dont acknowledge and pay them prepared to have your car vandalized. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Its ohk. Good food. One can get almost everything they need and their cooked food is amazing.

Inside the store is just fine, but the parking area is pathetic. Full of potholes & beggars. Their operating hours are also shocking. For a major suprmarket they should be servicing the public for more hours in the day. A lot more can be done by managment to improve their store.

It is now the second time in two months that I buy meat, then when I come home and open it, meat is rotten.Then all the way back to Shoprite. The drivers agree that meat is rotten and is willing to replace or refund.My problem is that it happens regularly and every time it costs me money to go back and so it is just left.
