Stand in a que for payment. Over 20 people infront of me. Tellers 3 of them no client. There policy is stand and wait.Thanks I am not a FNB client.
Not worth giving one star. Worst when handling clients. I went to pick up a card with the wrong documentation. Sent me home without telling me whats wrong with the documentation. When I went back they laughed in my face and said that the documentation is incorrect. All other goverment based businesses accepted this document. But FNB? NO!
