Im not happy about what happened now, the store closes at 21H00, but mall security close gates at 20H15 and tells me that KFC close at 20H00. Please attend this because people get disappointed after driving to mall for food. KFC is doing well and service is good all the time.

The social distance regulations isnt explain to the staff thus not know how to give customers good service as well abiding by the regulations

Slow service, incomplete menu (apparently no ingredients) is a regular fixture for this KFC, staff with incompetent customer service, once again, cant u fake a smile and be nice??!

The Drive through service was not the best!! Customer service should be 1st priority all the time!!

For some reason, every time I use the drive-thru, I have to wait for in the parking lot for my order, and the waiting period is never short

On two occasions of me going there, today included, I have unfortunately experienced bad service.Our food for today, All Star Meal and extras, had missing items and sadly only realised when we were already on the N8 and far away from Botshabelo. Worse, we requested no ice in our drink but it was included inside the drinks.I guess good service is not a priority by that KFC...

Not happy at all they have a tendency to not give out full meal, for instance 06/08/2020 I ordered 10 x 2 zinger wings in each packet I only received 9 zinger wings. This is not the 1st time !

Im never buying meat from KFC in botshabelo mall. Its the second time they are selling me burned meat, it even smell of rotten oil. At first I thought its because it gets full so they make mistakes. Their meat taste nothing like KFC!!!

I get there today @ 06h29, theres a cone put to block a drive through,I am in a rush. I decide Il buy inside. I do that n had to wait 20 mins for my order, I left to shoprite n came back only to find that my meal is not yet ready. M not happy at all.when I thought it was over the machine for drinks is not working. Wasted my time n ended up missing an important meeting😡
