I visited at 18:30 and Drive-thru was closed which made unnecessary stampit inside otherwise the service was great.

Sometimes drive-through will be closed for no reason whatsoever. It took them more than Six months to fix drive thru speed point.

The chicken is burnt like it was fried for a very long time. The employees dont even offer customers salt and tomato sauce sachets, you actually have to beg for them.

I would never set foot at this establishment again. I raised a complaint with the Head Office. No one followed up.

I love this place because of they cook delicious food, and they have a qualified Ice-cream. Yes, for me KFCs Ice-cream is the best.

Its customer care is always below average, they close the drive through as they wish, the services from the service outlet is deteriorating daily. They have the swipe reader for the drive through. They diffetcas compared other shops.
