Berseba the Hut is Bakgat!!! Would like to have written this in Afrikaans, but then I am not sharing this stunning place.What a gem, 1 hours drive from Cape Town (no, I am not from Cape Town) but for those local. The “Hut” is probably the best stay overs we have had the privilege to experience. From the complimentary rusks, milk, too many other amenities to name, this was and is a treat. Every cent worth it. The view, the farm atmosphere and as they say location, location, location.The pre heated wood fired hot tub, eish....words I don’t have to describe.We can only wish the hosts all the best and keep up sharing this stunning location.The rest...you are missing out!!!

If youre considering going here for a remote getaway then I can only say DO IT.Its remote, its beautiful, its romantic, and the wood fired hot tub is the perfect place to take in the view and the clear night sky.The cottage is well protected from the elements, clean, and well equipped.We had an absolute blast, and the proprietor went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. An absolute gem.Highly recommended.

Spent my boyfriends birthday here for the night. Had such an amazing time and such good laughs. They have some board games and cards and the honesty bar is great too. If you are looking for a getaway far from everyday life with peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets it is the perfect place. The flies are a bit of a bother but there are 2 wackers to sort them out. Overall its amazing and such good value for money, especially if you are more than 2 people going. Highlight was definitely the hot tub and relaxing with a glass of wine seeing the beautiful sunset. Do take your time out to go. There is even an alarm to set in the evening for those that feel a bit restless with the complete silence at night.

Beautiful views, wood fired hot tub, need I say more? Lots to do in the area as well, though, you might find that youre happy chilling at the cottage.
