It was a really lovely outing. Some nice bass fishing - we caught quite a few large mouths but nothing too big. It’s a really serene place nestled in the mountains, but I would just suggest going in a 4x4 as my small Suzuki struggled.

Beautiful camping spot, no electricity - stars forever. Catch and release fishing, make your own hot water so bring your axe to chop wood for the donkie, plenty of hiking trails, on a working citrus farm.

Very rustic campsite. No electricity. Great if you are a nature lover and want to get away from civilization. Lots of shade and lawn. 3 dams close by. Great for fishing and swimming. Dirt road leading to the campsite- no need for a 4x4 to get there.

A place for relaxing and unwinding and getting back to nature. No music or noise of any kind except for the chatting of people in nearby tents. Been coming here for 15 years and absolutely love it.

Not for you if you want all the luxuries. But if it is peace, quiet and beauty you want then this is a must. No electricity, but hot water and flush toilets. Beautifull dam to swim and relax in. Lots of shade for camping and green lawn for kids to play. Mountain bike, hiking and 4x4 trails, some with the most amazing views. Bird watching and fishing. Also pay for one of the guided tours or some wine tasting on the mountain, worth every cent. Experience nature at its best.
