Takes almost a week to exchange faulty device.about 2 years ago exchanged a faulty device with another vape shop and it took them 3 days. Just to add with this that its the same brand that was faulty. Will not buy from the again if this is the caseUpdateAfter the complaint I received my replacement 2 hours later.

Bought my first proper build there, together with a DIY e-juice mixing kit. At first I purchased the DIY kit online, which if I may add was extremely easy and was ready to ship the next day for delivery. Their website has got tons of products on and all are very well priced compared to other online stores, but what I love about their website most, is that there is a ton of information on there that is unique and specific to what ones needs and wants are, not just a bunch of links to other pages.I decided to do a proper build and with that to rather visit the physical store. The store is well laid out, with the latest of everything you can imagine, they have flavour concentrate, a range unlike anything Ive ever seen and at 40% less than what you will find at any other vape store for the exact same product.The staff are extremely helpful, even assisting me in building my mod and RTA coil, explaining all the little tips and tricks. You honestly feel like you sitting at a friends house, there is no rush, no quick customer turnaround of make the sale and get out.In closing Black Flavour Vape is an amazing business with amazing people running it!
