Disgusting after sales experience from both Denis and Riaan .Purchased a BMW cash , 2 weeks later experienced issues . Upon having the vehicle booked in at a workshop the warranty did not cover.Tried getting a hold of Denis , he avoids my calls .During a telephonic conversation Riaan ,the consultant who sold the warranty to us told my my husband if he wanted a good car he should have purchased brand new vehicle.This disgusting behaviour is unacceptable. Denis sold the vehicle to us , got his commission and now we are no longer his responsibility.

I was interested in a car they adverised.....after I phoned Dennis, the Salesmen, he brought the car to my house in Pretoria as I am unable to travel due to a back operation.The car was perfect and I bought it and requested that the nonnet and bumper be repsprayed due to some stonechips.Dennis delivered my car yesterday as requested.That is good service from Dennis and the whole Dealership.Thank you......

When it came to buying the vehicle the service was great I got calls everyday updating me about my credit application and even got a visit from Martin at work (the car sales man) to sign the purchase agreement.however thats is where the good service came to a grinding halt.After purchasing the vehicle I fount that there was a major fault with the vehicles thermostat housing and some smaller cosmetic details that Martin promised to fix now 4 months after I bought my vehicle only now has the fault with the thermostat housing been fixed ( not without struggle) on 9/01/2017 I handed my car over so that it can be sent to the work shop to be repaired and this is where my struggle begins, I had to phone Martin everyday to get an update on my car and everyday I was promised I would get my car back the following day. This carried on for a whole week until I decided to phone the workshop myself, I ended up speaking to a man named Chris who sang a very different song then Martin, long story short I only got my car back on 17/01/2017 which is not the problem at all, the problem is that I have been lied to the entire week being fed false information where I could have simply been told that the necessary parts take a week to deliver.P.Sthe before mentioned cosmetic details have still not been fixed as promised. I sincerely hope that the management of Market Car Sales see these reviews. I dont discourage anyone from buying cars from the just make sure that Martin does not sell the car to you.
