Nice complex especially if you are just entering into the property market. Kid friendly Complex with large enclosed off play area. Literally a stone throw from Martin School and close to the R21 / N12. SITUATED VERY CONVENIENTLY

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The gate guards are rude and keep u waiting to visit the elderly friend there. The gate closed on our vehicle with damage and the caretaker gave us an email in vain. After 2 weeks she said the email is not working gave us another and its a property place that just told us to claim from our own insurance. Thats very poor because it was their fault they should take responsibility. Skelm mense!!!

A quiet place with security and access controlled entrance.

Close to 300 apartments here, so it big. Got swimming, playground, access control for entry and exit. The complex is child friendly, which is a plus. Security patrol 24/7, but this isnt a licence to be careless and let your guard down.

Complex is ok but caretaker is a problem she hate children and write fine those she don’t like r1000 we are suffering and paying r5000 at five time fines and if you need extra stress and waist or depressed you child please come this place we buy one unit here and sold out with loss and levy very high I am posting fine statements also

Caretaker at this complex is a complete horror!Her and a few of her racist/retired friends think the place is their retirement home.Other then that the place would be child friend if they went around.
