Thnx to the staff i had a good n excellent service from that team keep up the good work guys i am very proud of you guys, the lady gave me a good attitude/attention well mannered help with the smile.She never gave up on me coming with ideas to solve the problem i had with the product i bought from them. I came with the smile i even go with the smile after the service she gave meThnx a lot (EMELDA) and your team.

Had to shout and whistle several times to pay at the till because staff where dancing to loud music instead of serving customers. There were more staff in the store than customers and they were oblivious to the fact that we were in the store.

Experienced the worst service in your East Rand Mall branch today. Your employees have absolutely no customer service. We will never support your store , and I will also put this up on social media platforms. Your team is rude and oblivious.They did not acknowledge or greet, took their time while chatting to each other. I asked a Male team member if he was the manager he reluctantly declined and smirked at me when I said that head office will receive an email. How you still exist in this competitive market is sheer luck as your store has no skills. You will never receive my support, while one customer may seem trivial at a glance your reputation will certainly be tarnished.

Worst customer service ever! How your staff even earns a salary is shocking....I asked the lady for a shoe in my size, could immediatly see the zero enthusiasm to help me. She came back saying they dont have. I asked her to check on the system for a different branch, she told me I must go to Nike Factory....she refused to even check. I asked for someone else to assist and my size was actually instore. Very unprofessional

Neat shop and you will find different types of sports wear and tekkies of all kinds at Totalsports. You can use your Foschini card to pay for goods.

Customer service is non-existent. They never answer the phone.If youre in the shop youll see why, theyre always on it or people are on hold.

Unprofessional staff, horrible music blaring in the background.How can you expect to sell anything if your staff cannot hear the customer over the rubbish you are playing on the radio.It shouldnt be this hard to get a pair of shoes in the size I want. Id rather go to Sportmanswarehouse.

Not happy with the service here staff was not helpfull at all ended up purchasing the item we were looking for from Decathlon in the East Rand Mall

Went to them 2/04/2019. There was about 3 customers in the store staff was busy chatting not one tried to attend to us in the sports shoe section. The music in the shop was also very loud. I was very disappointed in the selection of rugby shoes as we went there because everyone said that they have a big variety of shoes there was only 3 pairs to choose from. There was about 20 pairs of soccer shoes. We went and asked one of the staff to come and assist us to see if there is not maybe some other stock in the store room and he replied no there is nothing they dont really like stocking up rugby shoes as they dont have a big market for them. I went on Google and quickly compared the price of the brands they had on the shelve with what other stores sell and TS were almost 50% over priced. No wonder they dont have a big Market for the rugby shoes OVER PRICED BIG TIME. my recommendation first shop around and compare prices before buying from TS
