Its a very clean and safe mall. The bathrooms are neat and clean and there is always ample parking. The shops are top notch with friendly and helpful staff.

Quite possibly my favourite little go to place. Woollies in this centre has the most helpful pleasant staff food is lovely. Crazy Plastics is my play store at the moment while I am repacking mu cupboards into beautiful containers. Lovely Dischem in the centre too.

Went to the chemist , this centre has many interesting stores and there is always plenty of parking.

Dischem sits in this shopping centre. Staff was very helpfull especially in the small I say muscle building sectioned. Currently running 2 for 3 special even protein powder so we got 12 kg protein and 1 of the bags was for free. Also running a stickers promo where you collect stickers and can get your kids limited edition Mickey Mouse Tupperware. Whom kids dont love Mickey Mouse. The tills were busy but moved really fast I feel like they are on top of it. Not like some of the stores close to them. Referring to chain stores once again. Id rather buy shampoo and conditioner from dischem then again a chainstore where I have to stand in a queu because the company does not have enough tills open. To try same money and irritate clients. Really great store friendly staff and the que moves at a reasonable pace.

Great lane of factory outlet stores... Some stores appreciate providing value for money, others want to still sell you stuff at an arm and leg. Guess economic recovery will take time for every business.

Checkers have very nice cooked fish pieces like John Dory and Hake at the back of the shop.I make sure I always get some for home

Decent mall. There is always parking. You can get in and out quickly. The security staff is an absolute treat.

Its very convenient for shopping and parking as well. The center is well guarded and they have car guards and please be advised to always lock your car to avoid car jamming. It has got various shops from checkers, Woolworths even a restaurant by the corner and some stationary shop which is very convenient. You can also do a quick shopping if you are in hurry. However it gets busy sometimes especially month end and weekends and you might not get a parking spot.

The only annoying thing about Retail Park its opening the Front Gate at 8 oclock,some of us wanna start using the ATM before going to the Shops

...Expresso coffee bar...R10 for any coffee and not short changed....Pick n Pay, always a winner with a deal...

Car guards are an absolute pain in the... Woolworths you always have to wait as they never have enough cashiers on duty. P n Pay clothing never has sizes medium and large. Waste of time

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a Dischem. I just want to send a great shout out to one of the staff @ the cosmetics counter (Marlene Karsten) - phenomenal woman with great knowledge on skin types, skin products and an absolute expert in recommending products. Thank you for having the patience and passion to talk me through my needs and helping me select the products best suited for me. Would highly recommend this Dischem (especially Marlene) to those looking for skin care products and to better understand their skin needs!

Was not happy with the quality of service .

This really ought to be a five star shopping destination, but unfortunately, the meal ticket mentality of the sales assistants towards customers at áll of the stores in this Centre makes a visit avoidable at best. Their inexcusable What do you want?! stances, especially those at @homelivingspace, Dischem, and HiFi Corporation-!! must take some special staff training.Thankfully though, there ís an exception - Dion Wired saved the day. Special thanks to the guy who sells their fridges!

I was a visitor to East Rand Retail Park. Went with my daughter - in - law. She shopped at Mr Price Store.

Tekkie town just lost me as a customer.Bought tekkies there and wanted another make, so i wanted to exchange, they did not have what I was looking for so I asked for a refund so i could go to another branch.So the sales lady told me they dont give refunds and that I should choose another tekkie, after more searching I found a tekkie but its R50 cheaper than the previous pair to which the sales lady told me go look for socks to make up the balance of R50.I didnt want socks and basically getting forced to take something I do not want or need. I walked through the store and nowhere does it state that Tekkie Town does not give refunds. Picture attached.

Food @ the Bistro was delicious. Cuppichino and red Cuppichino was good quality. They can clean up the bathroom and passage to healthworx more often though.

Lovely but busy shopping area very convenient

I phoned the branch about 50 times today and no one answered the phone, the product I wanted when my wife was there with a photo they didnt know what it is and they told her you have to order on line, they dont carry stock, there is no managers who can further assist, this is a picture from there website. You can see the product number, this tell me no one is trained to look it up on there database. This is horrific, google should make an option for zero stars because I am not 20% satisfied.
