I am dealing with HIG for some time now, but even though the Bardene branch is a little more out of my way it is worth it by far. Annette is giving us exceptional service time after time. Wont go anywhere else, spoilt with excellent service.

Last week my security gate was decommissioned thanks to a power surge compliments of ESKOM. After going to at least 4 different stores that could not assist as they did not stock/support my make of motor. I was advised to come to this store, I literally walked in and Annette already knew the component, knew the model of motor and advised Chantelle where the spare could be found. This all as I literally put my foot in the door, never have I ever had such incredible service and both were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional and super efficient, got my part at a great price and gate works just brilliantly. Definitely going to do more business with this store and those super fab ladies going forward.

Wow! Kobus is so rude! His team recommended a guy to do a gate installation. The guy screwed up. I sent a courtesy mail to let them know they guy screwed up and he went off his rocker shouting and swearing at me about how its my fault, but HIS office staff sent the guy to me!!! Oh my gosh! So shocked!

Chancelle and Jeanne both of them have done exelent service for me in terms of fixing my damaged gate motor this morning and I was not expecting it to be fixed on 24hours service. They are very good and love their job!!!!
