What a terrible experience, the staff are ao rude and unfriendly, houting and screaming at their customers when you just ask them what machine number i can use so i can know where to put my bag and start sorting. I was told to wait she will come and show me. I asked why cant she tel me what machine number and still insited i must wait for her. The lady was sitting in the fromt of the shop and not at rexeption where i take it is her place to be and instead i have now to wait dor her to go to her position and get the change i require. Then i was asked why must she hurry for me? Upon which i replied ots called service! Even after trying to ignore her and do my washing she still kept on shouting at me,when asked why is she now continuing shouti at me i was told becauae i now made her mad. Thank you for the horrible service!

Sent my clothes which smelt damp upon return even though paid R370 using the drop off service. I was a repeat customer but will no longer recommend using this place. Tried calling the number several times but it is off.

Kings Laundromat in Market street is okay just that one machine they need to fix because its been faulty for so long and doesnt wash the clothes clean ,please fix that machine it will safe us time instead of waiting for the other 2 machines to finish washing and spinning

Good service and reasonably priced , open all year round and long hours.
