Great service at chep during my visit there for collection

Excellent service

Chep jet park is a pallet repairing, and supply plant. The largest repair facility in the southern hemisphere, it repairs approximately five million pallets a year. It is largely an automated factory, using manual labor only for the actual repair of the pallets. Most of the movement of the pallets from repair plant to paint plant is done by automation, the painting of the pallets is also automated. the stacks of pallets are then moved and loaded onto trucks by forklift. turnaround time from a truck entering the actual offloading area to it leaving, is around fifteen minutes. The facility is kept clean and in good repair, in fact the canteens and ablutions are being renovated at the present time, at great cost to the company, as are the concrete slabs in the loading yard. Chep prides itself on its quality pallets, and its great customer service, which shows in the way the company has grown into the biggest, best, and strongest pallet producer in the world.
