Well, I always have great service here. And the cashiers are always helpful and friendly. So, I dont know what everybody is complaining about. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Absolutely disgusting service. The only gas station around with a 24 hour Pharmacy dispenser. Just to be told at 10pm you cannot enter nor use the dispenser by a rude shop keeper.

They advertised the special for 2 chocolates for R17.90 but when they ring them up it charged me R24.90 and the lady said she does not know why ,but yet it was advertised ,I ended up returning them.

Okay friendliness of the cashier

I come to the garage this morning 6:35 there was petrol attendants in the pumps they were seated in their small when l asked if there was petrol none of them responded l had to go to Caltex to fill up

I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH SHELL SUNWARD PARK, AND ITS MANAGER, 2 PETROL CAPS MISSING WITHIN THE YEAR, AND THEY DIDNT SORT OUT THE ONE. SPOKE TO MANAGER, WHO WAS GOING TO COME BACK TO ME, THAT WAS IN AUGUST 2020, AND IN OCTOBER 2020, I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER TO CONTACT ME. YOUR PETROL STATION WONT SEE ME AGAIN, OR ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS

Other than the lack of parking spaces. I must say the petrol attendants are super friendly and helpful. Worth the stop.

For the second time today a few minutes ago two guys were smoking right by the pump...one was out of his car leaning against the pump smoking while a lady was sitting in the car with a cigar lit .This is very bad for safety....this service station is an accident waiting to happen. I alerted the petrol attendent to th risk but he seemed unfazed or unaware of the magnitude of the risk.i will never top up at that filling station again

Two weeks back i went to fill in petrol at shell garage in Kingfisher Ave &, Duiker Rd, Boksburg Sunwardpark, the lady broke my petrol cap when she was opening it and claimed that it was broken already,i mean really if it was broken i would have fallen long time ago.so i left because i was already late for work that morning that went home later just to be 100% sure i confirmed with my fiancee he said no the petrol cap was okay the last he went to fill in the petrol for and every evening he normally checks everything in a car for me.i went back to the petrol station the following morning and i found the lady and called her than i told her that i have confirmed with my fiancee and i also know for the fact that it wasnt broken. that her collegues joined us as well they asked me whats happened and i explained the whole story ok most of them were blaming me but ended up coming to a decision that the lady must buy some glue at the spares than i must come back they will fix it.so the weekend passed and after few days later i went back again, they than referred me to the supervisor since the lady was not around she knocked off early.alright i than explained the whole story to this supervisor who didnt seem to care because he was even answering his phone while i was talking to him, even showed him he than said jah i saw you here the other day and you spoke to my employees without my concerni than answered him and said how was i suppose to know you are the supervisor?i spoke to the lady that helped me i didnt know i was supposed to come to you.with a attitude again he said ok will have to ask her first and here her side of the story because you should have come to me that day.so i said to him the lady must fix my cap please or she must replace it, he said no this thing is expensive she wont be able to replace it,come back tomorrow i will speak to her.BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Attended by a bunch of folk with ill will and malcontent towards society.Generally horrible service here. I have driven off multiple times after being stared at by the attendants and when I got or flash my lights to get their attention, I get a filthy look and I end up driving off.Moreover - Want your details stolen? Your hard earned money taken? Go here. They’ll clone your card right in front of you and use your money.You’ll never see me again.

Service is poor.. Waiting time for fuel attendance is up to 10 min.. Hapoen more then once
