Numbers called too quickly. Food and drinks are fine and restaurant service is good.The bingo staff member who deals out the cards called Ester was unhelpful, unfriendly. The friendly restaurant staff member called Thando help us as first time players. Fun night out

Waiting outside for doors to be opened, an elderly woman and her friend pushed their way right to the doors and started to make jokes with the staff who were inside. She was obviously well known by them. A staff member called Fatty handed her and her friend a card or piece of paper and they went inside without having temperatures taken or hand sanitizing. We went through the usual questionare, temperature taking and sanitizing protocol.This did not seem to be all kosher.

The place complied with covid rules at the door, but inside too many people didnt bother to wear masks. I reported this at the cash desk only to be told to report it to the manage . He was not available. I left immediately and sadly I wont go back until covid is over

No sanitizing of machines. Ppl play inside not wearing masks. Ppl hold up to 6 machines at one time. Conplained 3 times and everytime I go its the same. Lost a customer.

The casino has a nice set up, with an eating area, non smoking and smoking areas, and the bingo lounge. The areas are spacious and there are enough tables and machines for everyone. There are also TVs in the bar/eating area to watch sports. The slots and bingo are alot of fun. The service was a little slow during bingo, and we missed a few games because of having our table skipped. The food isnt bad, although the portion was small for the price. The drinks are fairly standard pricing. During the cash out I was disappointed to be denied the cents of my pay out - it was only 50c but if they are keeping the small change from everybody its alot of money thats not theirs to keep. Regardless, we always have a good time when we go.

I strongly suggest management considers install railings on the stairs leading to the entrance. Ive seen 2 people get injured on these stairs and 1 was an employee.On another note, your cars safety is at risk if you decide to park anywhere from the right turn (towards top entrance of the mall) there is no security visibility. My car was neatly broken into even though no sign of physical damage but my laptop which was in the boot, was no longer there 2 hrs later.

The lady calls the numbers far to quickly and I found it difficult to keep up, let alone relax and order food and drinks. Bingo is not a rush, slow down! It used to be a pleasure but no more.
