At Avis Forklift one cant complain about customer service because there isnt any. They came out to do minor repairs on our machine, when they left our machine leaked excessive oil which it never did and then when asked to repair it they have hundreds of excuses as to why it cant be done now. We have litteraly been waiting almost two months for them to come and repair the machine. To date, no luck. Wont recommend them at all.

Worst Company ever.Booked a forklift from them 1st time. Never got delivered. The lady there Thea gave us all sorts of excuses that the truck broke down, the truck had a flat. 2nd time i booked a forklift, same story. Said they will deliver at 7am in the morning. Got the forklift 5pm 10 hours late and 4 hours after i completed the job. They keep on lying to their customers.

Wonderful staff who go the extra mile to assist you. With a wide range of rentable forklifts and other great services.
