The speed point was not working and the lady said its card which I ended up going to Macdonalds and my card swiped.

Generally quick dinner thru, obviously a little slower when busy but not bad. Food is always quality and servers are pleasant and friendly.

The q at the drive through was long, I decided to go instore 😱 it was worse. The staff were trying their best, my issue is that they gave UBER EATS and MR D first preference. The soda machine was not working.

Weve ordered from this branch twice in the last year via Mr. D food. The last time we ordered the family meal, we didnt receive some of our items. I logged a complain on the app and Im still waiting for a reply. The first time we didnt receive the right order, also no follow up.Weve barely ever had problems with other restaurants on the Mr. D app and of we had it was sorted the very same day.

Sat in at the pay window for 15 mins order was not even taken had to wait another 10 mins for food at pick up window staff are not at there work stations worst ever for 2x cappa cake Mc donalds handled it alot better

On 31 July my wife purchased a meal for R73-90 and the payment apparently did not go through. My wife looked on her app and it did go through. Your cashier demanded she pay again and she did. My wife showed her that the payment now went off twice and was told to call JB. Looks like JB is never available as 3 calls later she was told that the payment will be reversed within 7days by the acting manager. Today 09 August we happened to be in the area and we went to your store, and my wife was told to now bring a bank statement. Wnow this is unacceptable as we live in Springs. Whilst this was going on my daughter ordered 3 meals and the cashier charged her for 4 meals. This in my eyes is very bad service and you can now keep the R73-90 as you will never get our business again. Thank you

Good day I just bought 4 whooper burgers that were on special for R130. The card machine had network problems so it took a while. I ask the lady who was assisting me if it comes with fried chips, she said no so I asked to add on 4 packs of medium fries. I inserted my card the amount was R75,60 but there was network problems so the cashier said I should remove my card and recommended we should use the other card machine. I said sure no problem so we used the other cash card. Only to arrive home to find out I was charged twice. I stay at freeway park and Im not willing to drive to sunward park this time of the night. Im really disappointed and I fell ripped off, Im also at the wrong side for not checking my bank app messages immediately. The food and service was great but Im dissapointed at your online card machines the most important part is the transaction of money and you guys ripped me off.

I found 2 out 3 times this branch fails to deliver satisfactory food.. Ordered from Mr D now..chips cold drinks warm.. How disappointing..!!!!! Rather get KFC or cross the road for McDonalds if you want to be sure to eat nice..

I ordered a BK crunch with cheese. There is no way there could be any chicken in that patty.The patty was approximately 3 to 4 mm thick. It must have been deep fried over and over again. It was so hard, it would break if you knock it against a hard surface. No taste whatsoever.I consider it a health risk. I feel this branch should be investigated.

So as per your reply, I sent and email complaint. They suggested I complain on the Mr D app, which I then did. Then the case was closed. No feedback no response nothing at all. The one passes the complain onto the next and nothing gets done. no one seems to care about the terrible service.This is so sad as Burger king is great value for money and generally very nice. But this branch seems to not care about there customers.

The food was prepped and ready quickly as expected. However....... one of the kitchen staff members walked into the premises from outside and literally walked into me without so much as an apology. I was met with a withering glare when I lifted my hands questioningly. If THAT is the way customers that ultimately pay their salaries are treated then I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere. Customer service is as important as good quality product!

Hi,The food was cold and we did not receive the whole order. Two meals were ordered with one burger only, but we received only one meal and two burgers delivered.There milkshake Machene apperantly were not working and the price were not adjusted.

The worst ever and so disappointment, we had to repeat our order 3 times and when we got to the window the order was still wrong. Got our food and they forgot to put our cheese sticks in the bag. The food was burnt and dry. So very disappointed.

I bought a texan 3.0 burger on Saturday 3 July 2021 by these guys trough Mr Delivery. They sent me a burger smaller than a wooper!!! It had 2 patties and shame 2 slices of cheese. How pathetic, i complaint and nothing was done.

Never ever again😡 went to the counter where the lady helped me, she said she cant help me I must order on the app (in store). I waited for 15min for the restaurant to approve of my order which tney didnt and the app said that the restaurant is offline. Went back to the counter where another lady was kind enough to explain to me where on the app I am supposed to order. Waited another 30-40 min for them to pack our food which was ready and standing there, after she took my slip to look atmy order she quickly packed our food... So we had to wait over an hour for our food which was just standing there.... SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. No social distancing and no customer capacity.. Would not recommend this store to anyone.. Would rather recommend one of the other restaurants who actually care about their customers.. 😡😡😡

I ordered two burgers but the cashier only heard one as a result we had to share one burger with my husband and we could not wait any longer as we were rushing somewhere. The burger had no mayonnaise!

Know how to stuffup a order still need to replace a order they messed up, but food so bad we will just leave it at them

I would suggest that the people check their gas before opening time as they where in the store for quite a while and when I came in they said they not open, when it was open time because they hadnt sorted out the gas. I shouldnt be penalised for bad management.

This branch has items short every single time we get food from there!! Terrible service!!!!Also there is always items out of stock!!Today we were missing and entire meal!!Before it was chips. Another time they delivered one coldrink short. We pay fpr stuff we never get.This is ridiculous!!!!

The store is clean and access is controlled to minimise the number of people inside the store as per COVID-19 regulations. The service staff were very friendly and my food was done quick enough if you take into consideration that they have to operateat 50% capacity.

First of all I ordered food on the Burger King app. Very easy and convenient. Ones I arrive at Burger King the lady said she doesnt know what Im talking about? I can only order online through Mr.DI explained that I ordered on the app.And she did know what Im talking about. After a long time someone inside managed to figure it out. As I got home my Pepsi was pepsi light and not normal Pepsi as I orderd and paid more for it. Also I orderd loaded fries on 7 x meals and got only one. Jennifer was the lady that help me and said she never ever heard of orderd on Burger King app.Very disappointed and staff is not helpful or friendly.

Went to Burger King in Sunward Park for the first time today. Thinking that they would be different from McDs and KFC who ALWAYS get my order wrong, they too were a disappointment.I ordered a Big King meal and Chilli Cheese Chicken meal. I received the Big King meal, but unfortunately received a Chilli Cheese Burger, not chicken as requested.When will we get it right to receive what we order, without having to check after receiving the food or having to drive back to correct someones mistake?

I dont like this BK store. We forever have problems with our order here and they almost never have stock of certain items, even just cup holders, expecting a person to carry 4 coldrinks and a bag full of meals. Particularly today I went through the drive thru and was told to wait at the payment window after paying and I will be told when to go to the collection window. The cashier then left the window and was gone for about 3 min, where after I went to the collection window. I got a completely wrong order when going inside the store to rectify the order I got my new order just for 1 item to still be incorrect. Id rather drive 10km to another BK than go to this store again.

Absolutely bad service waiting for more than 40 min for an order and when asking for a manager waiting a nother 5 min for the manager to come. Just to find out that the order we get after 45 min is incorrect what a bad bad service. Cant believe you get this bad service from a supposed fased food place.
