Their client service sucks. The garments at this shop are wonderful and for the price you pay honestly they need to improve their service. The shop assistance who are supposed to help arent there for they instead they are at the till minding their own business and chatting together.

There is sufficient parking lots of clothing stores.

Lerato was a very helpful shop assistant. None of the other shops even bother to greet you or help you, it makes a big difference when someone tries to help you when asked!!!

The place was very large with a variety of shops with many different items. the class was great and it was easy moving around. i particularly loved Mc donalds restaurant and pick n pay wine shop had cheap wines

I previously didnt buy from Forever New because it was just beyond my budget. But, I have come to realise that buying one or two items from them per season pays so much more than purchasing dozens from cheaper stores. Their quality, customer service and overall shopping experience is grand. I had a lovely time shopping at the ERM branch in particular. The ladies were friendly and helpful without being overpowering, we have returned 3 times now and have been all the more impressed every time. Highly recommended.

Outstanding venue. Service is friendly and very professional. Has a wide range to choose from and the meals are of exceptional quality. I would recommend this dining experience to all. They even have a massive kiddies play area for the weekend lunches. Never fails to impress.

The environment is welcoming, variety of stores though I feel the ATMs are way isolated and few.

Had so much fun shopping there as there more than enough shops to buy from. Directions are well marked out and the Security is great. You dont have to drive around to find the best shops and prices..........they are all under one roof!!

The mall has been recently refurbished and now looks at par with malls in more upmarket parts of the city. Unfortunately not too many high end boutiques but there is an amazing array of smaller shops selling clothes at bargains. All the parking is now charged which is the same as other malls. Generally clean and airy

I love this shop. They always have something i would purchase and prices are reasonable. They should just get better ranges of sizes to cater for everyone.

Its a very convenient mall close to the airport. Whenever one has more that two hours before the flight departure time, one can do shopping at this mall. I always enjoy the east rand mall

Nice little shop...not everyones taste but worth the see

The East Rand Mall has everything anyone may seek. From fast food, and dine outs, to clothing, cinemas, and everything in between. The only down fall would be the incredibly small underground parking which is a mission to navigate. Otherwise, great place to go shopping.

After its renovations, East Rand Mall is far more upmarket than previously. It is still undergoing extensive renovations and many stores are yet to open. Overall the new look and feel is a huge improvement.You will find all the major chain stores in this mall.

It is my wife that likes this store and as a husband to my wife, I would say my experience here was not to bad. Its slightly expensive but the products here do make the Mrs happy and last a long time and therefore, it makes me a happy customer. Come down with your prices with about 15-20 % and I think you would gain alot more customers.

Amazing!!! It is a new and improved mall after all the renovations it is just awesome to shop there. They also have a lot of new shops and the isles are so spacious. A must to visit.

One of the major indoor shopping malls in the eastern area of the east rand metropolitan. It has every thing from specialty shops to the basic little shops. Movie houses .banks and restaurants or coffee shops. Paid parking and close to the high way and international airport.

Really detest this mall. Even after the refurbishment. One good restaurant they have is Ninos. Worth all the rage to eat breakfast there!

Use to be a tad old and out dated but with the new renovations its really turning out to be more upmarket. Just cant handle that the they charge for parking and still have car guards asking for money. Long ago they paid people to sit in towers and watch cars then we tip guards now we pay for parking and tip guards. Not cool

My wife always has to buy something when she enters this shop. Their style is always up to date.

It has the largest selection of clothing stores that I have ever seen. Today on display near the Wimpy was the latest Jaguar range of vehicles and the newest Fournos restaurant was preparing for it opening tomorrow. Can wait to eat my first meal there, good healthy food.

Got a severe rash on legs and arms after eating a sausage roll and steak curry pie from ER Mall yesterday. Dr states it is a allergic reaction to the food and asked to find out what ingredients are in it to avoid future use. Have photos avilable.

Nice place to shop, has all the shops one needs. However because its a flat structure, there is substantial walking in between shops, or im just unfit ;-). It also has a cinema which is a big plus, even though the sound in some of the cinema rooms needs to be updated

Too much construction everywhere! Noisy, uncomfortable shopping experience. Not to mention the ridiculous entrance fees.

The shop is a little small, and the variety of clothes is limited, especially for bigger woman. The clothes are very beautiful and materials used is top quality.
