We needed to secure our Lapa and to protect the Lapa furniture from stray/feral cats.Colin Mines suggested Robodoor Deluxe with monkey poles.Justin and Paul came to install it within 2 weeks. They were very professional, friendly and did an awesome job. To close the Lapa totally we needed fixed structures that needed to be customized, this was no problem to the Robo Door team and Colin and Dylan installed the fixtures, they were as professional and friendly as the first team.We also needed stainless steel balustrades for the swimming pool. Robo Door assisted us with this, and Tyron and his team did the installation of the balustrades.I will recommend Robo Door for your safety problems; their workmanship is excellent and from outstanding quality

Very prompt to online leads. The installation and value for price is exceptional. The workmanship is excellent. The installation team is very professional and friendly, the only thing i would suggest improving on is the response from the sales agent, i did have to follow up on the installation date about 3 times. Other than that it was a great experience and it was a trustworthy one. The pet gate for my cats was excellently done and i want to take an inside pet gate from them just based on the solution they provided to me. They really find a way to make it happen

Happy with the burglar i put in, quoting was vwry quick and even though it takes a few days after deposit to install, the installation process for all 8 windows waa very quick. The staff is very helpful and friendly, definitely worth recommending to other people

This company has the worst customer care I have ever experienced! As soon as the deposit was paid they could not care less. I have now been waiting for a gate to be installed for almost a month! There is no communication at all. I will not recommend them to any one! Poor service.

The whole process - from first ordering the doors through to installation was faultless and extremely efficient. We are over the moon with our new security gates and roller shutter doors. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the materials used and the attention to details. If anyone reading this is currently considering whether to have their doors or gates replaced, they should, without question, contact Robodoor.Awesome service, we highly recommend this company!

Hmm, I smell more than slightly skewed reviews here... Please avoid this group of individuals. We had a sliding driveway gate fabricated and installed. The quality of the fabrication was perfectly average until the installation team practically destroyed it. Corners cut throughout, incredibly shoddy installation even after their utterly incompetent team had to return to repair their non-functioning installation three times. We ultimately were forced to withhold payment due to their inability to perform any sort of lasting or functional service and repair property damage caused by them. Not two months later, the newly fabricated gate is literally falling apart and the brand new Centurion motor has irreparably failed requiring replacement. We are now left with a bent gate, skew and unstable pillars, peeling paint, welding holes burnt through all over the new fabrication, damaged paving, cracking and crumbling concrete, unstable and lifting track and a destroyed motor. Abysmal service, even worse quality of work and lack of communication throughout by Jaco. Did I mention the screaming of threats to my lady partner by Moira Hayes when they were asked to please correct the issues? Please save yourself the headache, frustration and wasted money by looking elsewhere.Seeing as a response to the nonsense spouted by Robodoor is not possible, hopefully this will suffice. Moira, this is hardly the time to try save face... Funny how I have not received a single phonecall or email since this review however you prefer to harass my partner telephonically. You are rather lucky we decided not to take legal action against you lot. Your gall is now humorous. To anyone who would like pics and video of the laughable trash these people call their legacy and samples of the communication trail, please feel free to contact me directly. As for not taking your calls, please do everyone reading this the service of being truthful in your response. Your calls were not answered due to your disgusting verbal abuse of my partner hence the resultant need to have all communication on email for legal purposes. YOU in actual fact are YET to respond to OUR emails requesting the hopeful repair of the work performed by your unqualified toss pots. This is the reason we will not pay pay you. So, I reiterate, to anyone who needs, I have all evidence on hand should you need the truth. To Moira, stop with the lying. If need be, pay us a visit so we can chat face to face.

First my garden gate came with scratches and the wrong way around. Then, when the new gate arrived it doesnt look at all like the gate on the website (which I said I wanted).Logged complaint and the only reply was that it is noted. Not happy at all with this poor service.
