This is useless company owner does not care about service aslong as they have their money. Their material is very poor ,will never recommend them poor service .The owner threatens to take you to court if you complain about their service . I would have rate them zero if there was .racists people because Im black

Worst aftersales service overcharging , installing damaged product, transport and installation guys Rude , owner does not care about service - as long as they can pocket the profits !, theyre happyWe had the lightbox made and installed through them , And had it relocated and installed through them at again more money , no care was taken in transport board never properly installed , not connected !The board was roughly handled , but , it was aparent theres a crack in it , Actually admitted to me in a email , when they intalled the first time , it cracked , and said to me its my problem i didnt notice it , And when you phone they avoid your calls ! Will never recommend them !, R11000 in their pocket ! - we sit with inferior non working lightbox , that carelessly handled and damaged , Charged R1000 for re instalation and never bothered to install it properly - Shocking Service ,

I went to XFactor in Boksburg on the 16th of October and the lady told me that it would take 3-4 days. After numerous phone calls and emails, I recieved my order the 27th of October, 2 weeks after my order has been submitted. After receiving my order yesterday, my sticker was incorrect after I have literally drawn them a picture of what I wanted. The lady also said that they will fix it and deliver it for me, but that also never happend. I also have clients waiting on products,but XFactor now have lost a permanent client due to this. Now I will take my business some where else where it will be appreciated and done right
