I think this is a excellent place to come and get you printers fixed and i hate that people will review this place badly just because they dont receive the info they want to receive.

Been phoning for 2 weeks now. Got promised all the bells and whistles. Weve sent email. Every time they promise to get back to you. Very poor service!!!

Not good service at all! Our printer needs new parts and we just keep getting excuses or no answers. When our ink is low or runs out we wait 1 to 2 weeks before getting a cartridge. We need reliable printing as we are a preschool. Now report cards need to be printed, letters to Parents about 2021 and Covid 19 forms that need to be filled out to keep us compliant.Im so disappointed!

Thanks Richard for the workman ship on all our printers, even the very old one that you actually could service.
