Nice complex. Good grounds keeping, beautiful interior and unique designs, great security and has a gym for residents, shaded car parking, good kitchen layouts. This place has a modern feel to it.

The premises are truly beautiful and nice,BUTBe very careful to anyone looking to rent here, look at the photos to see what you may be agreeing to in the lease agreement, it is quite scary and after having 2 legal opinions, it can be called severely unethical if not illegal 👍my advice is: DO NOT RENT HERE

Parents have a unit here, theyve been living here for three months and already issues. The kitchen cupboards have a terrible damp issue, the smell is starting to come through the cupboard door. The issue is taking rather long to be resolved.
