I can honestly say that this complex is the best. Great HOA with the levies being very reasonable. The fact that there are only 32 units make it feel like a small family. People always smiling and greeting each other. Everyone doing there part to keep their homes and gardens tidy. Problems identified gets resolved quickly and without a fuss. So nice to see the parents and kids walking through the three streets that we have.

Situated in a leafy suburb. Lovely peaceful environment.
