Very disappointed in their burgers. Look what you pay for, there is hardly any lettuce or sauce. Will not go to this McDonalds again. You receive so little value for your money. Is this how they want to retain their customers?

Had great shopping and dinning experience in East Rand Mall. A must visit for visitors to Johannesburg. Everything you need is a walking distance away.

The lady taking the orders at the drive thru speaks too quickly and unclear. She then got irritated because i couldnt understand what she was saying (im not familiar with the mds menu). Get home and there is no toy in the happy meal. Coke if flat. Half way through my burger I started to question if it was off. Definitely wont be back.

This place does not even deserve a star. They got our order so incredibly wrong. The cold drinks were flat and we waited in the drive through for quite a while. If this branch can not work under pressure, then they shouldnt work at all

Only had one experience going inside to order which was pleasant. Overall the drive thru process is smooth and effortless. Definitely recommend

Food orders here are consistently underfilled. Order a mc flurry get half a portion size. Get large chips and recieve a small chips in a large container. Be warned, they dont care.

Service was fine, however they got our order completely wron,it didnt even remotely relate to what we ordered. Drive through was also very slow.

Ordered ice cream, when I was suppose to get it, they asked for 10 mins, waited after 10 minutes I was told to wait another 10 mins, which meant I will be late for my meeting. We go to a drive thru for a reason

Disgusting food. No provision for eating a breakfast meal other than a plastic fork. Breakfast described as a South African Breakfast. It is an embarrassment to this country. Not even butter for the dry stale buns. Also no provision for power failures so milkshakes machine not operating but ice cream machine works. Service sucks as well

Store is very conveniently located at The Palms centre in North Rand Road, Boksburg. Inside is neat, clean with a fresh new look. Food was served timeously to the table. Food was fresh and the Veggie burger was very tasty. Coffee was served piping hot which was great! Service was friendly and efficient. Definitely one of the better McD experiences.

The drive through here was very slow despite serving only three cars at that time. The milkshake containers were dirty with chocolate all over them. This is not a catastrophic failure but there is a lot of room for improvement.

The service is quick plus they follow covid 19 protocol .

Just stopped at K90 McDonalds and got a nice cup of hot choclate filled with ants!!! Disgusting!!! Shows how clean your restaurant is. Just got reminded again why I dont like McDonalds!!!

Poor service from the staff.Got our order wrong 3 times, as they did not give us the correct food that we ordered we asked 3 times for no garnish and extra mayo and still received it with the garnish and no mayo.We had to go in as they also forgot one of our meals if we did not check it we would have one meal less and had to drive all the way back againTerrible service would not recommend.

Food was good. Everything is just confusing on what exactly to do or where to go when you order inside. There are no where clear instructions.

After order as eat in was placed, we waited 40 minutes plus and still no food. I had to ask for the store manager to step in as we never got our food. Well long story short, i have asked for a refund and left. My first time and the last time to go there. No matter how huge there apoligy was in all these years i was never treated like this at any other Mc D.

Havent visted this McD for over a year but was disappointed in the general upkeep since my last visit there. The entrance, seating area and bathrooms didnt at all have a clean and upkept feel. The staff werent very helpful or friendly and was more concerned about their personal conversations than the clients orders

After wasting time trying to pay by card at the ‘electronic order station’, go and stand at cashier counter waiting to be served but no one is there. Eventually someone comes and mumbles about the credit card facility not working on the order stations. After receiving order, all customers sat eating while listening to the staff actually SCREAMING to each other. Not talking just loud, but actually SCREAMING talking to each other. Customers were eventually laughing, it was so ridiculous. Zero staff management at all. Never again

What great service from start to finish! Covid protocols were followed, service was excellent and the food was by far the best I have ever had (burger was layered perfectly, milkshake tasted like an actual strawberry milkshake and chips wNo favoritism here #durbanite

Once you process an order and immediately see an advert that you can upgrade, the manager says they cant cancel and you cant upgrade. Unfriendly and not helpful manager. Does not care to make the company more money even when order is not processed.

Even though the person taking the orders cant communicate properly and had our order all mixed up it was at least nice.
