The service was terrible. We bought a taxi. Upon the recieval it was not registered. My husband requested for taxi suspension to be dropped as it is too high. Pat Hind refused to assist. We bought our taxi in 2016 at Toyota Bruma their service was excellent! When we collect our taxi it was registered. They even advise my husband to bring back the taxi if he feels that suspension is too high. We brought back taxi the suspension was lifted accordingly. Unfortunately at Pat Hinde they cant assist. This will be our first and last car bought at this garage. We are so disappointed as our expectations were never met. The lady that was assisting with purchasing contract was good though.

Worst place to try and get through to telephonically. left messages for someone to call back, with no results. Kept trying to call and calls kept on getting cut off and then when i was lucky enough to get through, was put through to the wrong service department, after specifically mentioning the vehicle that needed servicing.

Terrible service!!! Bought one of my Lexus part there and they gave me a wrong colour. Called them regarding this but the Sales Person, Jacques who assisted me said they will get me the right one...And he never came back to me.TERRIBLE!!!
