The staff at Paul James are very friendly. I got an appointment for the day after I phoned and when I got there they were ready for me. The space is very clean and neat and they make sure not to leave any cut hair on the floor. I asked for a very specific hairstyle and they pointed me to the right person for the job. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would definitely return.

If you want to pay 350+ to have your hair tangled in a wash basin, then roughly broken and brushed through, then to get a light uneven trim (forget about wearing your hair down after this) when you ask for a layered cut, then be my guest.I have been twice and both times this was my experience. Not going back there.

Pam is by far one of the best stylists at Paul James - Carnival Mall! Great service with a great vibe at the salon! Would recommend Pam to anyone!

Love all the ladies there. Jamie is a great hair dresser and always makes you dream anything to bring to her and she will make it happen. Love the staff all friendly and the Manager is a sweetheart. The service is top quality and the pricing is worth every cent. It really is a place to relax and get pampered.

I love this hairsalon. They cut my hair exactly the way I want it, so I m always happy when they are finished with my hair. Hairdressers and students always eager to help customers.

Very expensive I paid R 2000 for red foils and full color. I was not happy. I bought a red dye to fix the color myself .See photos.Its so difficult to find good service.
