Went there on the 3rd September 2021 walked in and everyone was busy no receptionist to greet clients. A lady came out from the back of the room and asked if she could help. I showed her a pic of what I wanted to do with my hair and she said she would speak to the other hairdresser. I watched her go and speak to a lady by the name of Tanya. She came back to me and said that Tanya would be out to speak to me she was mixing color. So I waited the Tanya came out of a room and went straight to Appling the color on her client she ignored me flat didnt even greet me. I stood in the reception for 20 minutes waiting. She had finished Appling the color walked out of the room still didnt greet me went to rinse the bowl she was using. Came out walked passed me still didnt greet me or acknowledge me standing there went back to the client. So I went into the room where she was standing and asked both hairdressers if someone was still going to help me. Only then did she respond to me. I had enough of this treatment and walked out. Maybe they treated me with such disrespect because I had tattoos or maybe they felt I wasnt good enough to be attended to by them. This is so said.

What a great experience when you visit this salon. The quality of service is great with management and staff that believes in great quality in everything they do. Greate clothing and beauty all under one roof. Good service delivery by staff. A salon that must be visited with a great relaxing atmosphere. Please enjoy your visit

Tania is fantastic, she always listens to her clients and is always willing to try new things. If she thinks a colour wont work, she communicates exacly that and proposes and alternative. Very kind and sensitive individual who prides looking after her clients. Well done and thank you. Shannon

These ladies are the best, I drive from Springs to Boksburg every 3 weeks for the last 8 years to get my nails done by them. The lady complaining about the masks, really, if you are not a client and so afraid of the virus why did you not wait in your car. Do you report every person in the mall behind counters that wear their mask the wrong way, I dont think so. This was really uncalled for, this is a professional, clean facility. Never have this place ever made me feel afraid to enter, they follow protocol.

This place is awesome. Very friendly and helpfull. I will recommend anyone to try this hair and beauty salon. You will be pleasantly surprised. Come on give it a go!!!.

I would give no stars if i could - masks aren’t worn properly - the one nail tech wasn’t even wearing a mask ! i couldn’t wait to get out of there - and i wasn’t even the one getting a hair cut or service donenot going back there ever again

I have been going to the salon for years to have my nails done. They are super talented ladies and will do everything and anything to please their clients, even if you are not happy with what you had done. All it costs is a phone call and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I wont easily go somewhere else. Friendly and welcoming

Very unhappy client. Had to come home and redo my hair as the blow dry and flat iron was not done properly. They do not know how to handle curly hair and dont put enough effort in making sure it is done correctly. No heat protector was used nor was any silicone, my hair was left curly at the roots and frizzy at the tips.Unfortunately I will never go back there again and I feel as if I wasted my money.
