Was told by the Edenvale branch after confirming with the Boksburg store that the item I needed was in stock. Drive through to Boksburg and no stock of the item. Waste of time and very frustrating. Tony was friendly and apologized.

I only waste my time at the same place once. I visited the store and enquired about a hail cover for my wifes car. The salesman behind the counter said he found one at another branch and it should arrive in 2 days. He took my name and cell number but after 4 days of no contact I had to call back myself. It was clear I was wasting his time. He promised to call me back after finishing with a customer but as expected this was also an empty promise. Dont waste your time and money on poor service - rather go to Autozone Alberton, where they understand the basics of customer service.

If you stand in front of a person behind the counter and he takes two phone calls after he heard what it is what you want and you have to wait for 10 min for the calls to finish just to find out that they dont have the part you are looking for......your service needs attention.

The service is great as the sales people are quick to get your attention before waisting your time walking around without. You are helped by sales staff pushing around a cart and load all you want. They are not too busy to make you get the correct product. I thank the staff as they made our busy day delightful.

They used to be very helpful. Now it seems as if they dont even want to get up from their chairs.They have a fair variety shelf stock as cosmetics for most makes and models with an impressive stock list of parts.You should be able to get most spares from them.Unfortunately due to the lack of assistance, it might not be the best place to ask for advice.Sad to say, I believe other parts stores may be more willing to help.

Went there to buy some spare parts( Water pump and some other things ) for my brothers car ! Wat made it really nice is the fact that they were open on a Sunday and were the only place that actually had the parts we were looking for. They have some really nice stuff there ! Anything you can need from tools to speakers to spares ! Prices not bad as well

Dissappointing service today where a quote requested seemed too much work. Hubby was not happy with the way the salesman Enzel handled the request saying the shop was too busy - too much effort????

I had the the worst experience ever with auto zone boksburg phoned them to enquire for a Toyota fortuner d4d alternator spoke to a guy called carel the guy made me drive all the way to boksburg auto zone just to tell me thy dont have stock but I must drive to Alberton so I wanted a bottle of decarbon spray witch he told me to leave the one at his shop because Alberton also have it but thy dont even have stock of it Carel is in no state to even do sales

Big Autozone with lots of stuff. Had stock of everything. Staff are very frinedly and helpful but not all that knowledgeable with stuff that is not to do with cars directly. But came right there with what I wanted, so all good.

Enzil is tops! So is the store and other people working there. Keep it up guys.
