Very poor service. I’ve spent over R4k in the last month. Needed an additional 2 items which they had run out of stock of ( I bought the last 4) and asked for it to be ordered....told expect delivery in a week and a half. After 2 weeks I checked and nothing ..after 4 weeks I enquired as to why the item was not in store only to be told that they had not been ordered and the managers comment was “ It never happended” then after pressing “I don’t recall”. Eventually he put up a weak “ I apologies for any inconvenience” but the message was clear here I think. If your not a large builder go to Buco where quality and service are far better. For plumbing and electrical B-tech are the answer.I’m driving 40km to port Alfred now to resolve.

I worked there as a casual; the staff are friendly and very helpful. There is also a nursery for those of you who have green tumbs.

As a woman ..it is easy to visit a hardware shop with these assistants. They are always smiling amd always helpful.They have best prices and we have been surprised at just how much cheaper they are on various materials.Knowledgeable about their stock. And deliveries saved us a lot of trips . Love going there
