As a pensioner snd not wanting to travel further than Pinehurst, I shop at this shop every day for fresh bread and milk and veg.Suddenly this week no fresh veg being put on the fridge shelves before 11.when u get there at 9.30 or 10 they still taking off the expired or not so good looking veg and mushrooms.So it means going to F L M rather.This has never been the case , even when the taxis were not running.And suddenly one till operating so six seven ,eight in the queue..Cmon , get it back to mormal so we dont have to go to Graanendal please.Here we go, Wednesday the 8th ,still no change, photos as proof.Guess They dont care

Unbelievable. I walked away from my trolley to get something else and suddenly its been removed. Pathetic

Pick n Pay Pinehurst is very central to many housing complexes. It carries a wide range of fresh, tinned and dried foodstuffs, cleaning materials, gardening, pool and braai tools plus certain clothing items for children and adults. The isles are wide which is advantageous in covid times where social distancing needs to be practiced.

The average store, do find that some standard products are often sold out (like herbs). Very nice clothing store

I really like this pick n pay. Today I had a less than happy experience because of the cashier. A discounted item scanned an incorrect price. When I pointed out the mistake, she took a very slow walk to a supervisor to get an supervisor card, which she used to try and correct the price herself unsuccessfully. I had to help her by showing her that it was still incorrect.... Eventually I could leave the store after a looong unnecessary delay. I believe that customer service is lacking (cashier specifically)😒

Very moderate! Sold out of ready made sandwiches by twelve oclock, no fat free milk - no wonder we travel 5 times as far to go to Woolies! Very unhelpful staff too.

I enjoy going to this PnP. Staff are very friendly and helpful and their service are very good.

Some of their cashiers could be friendlier,Very rarely get greeted or spoken to, just a hello can make all the difference.

Unfortunately on more than several occassions they have NOT rang up the specials and charged full prices, with me having to go back each time!

We like this pick n pay, it has all of the basics but the selection can feel a bit limited if you are trying to get everything under one roof.

At the entrance of the store you find a lovely kiddies park with coffee shops surrounding the entrance just making your whole shopping experience better

The queue at the till was very long and only one cashier was operating. The manager did open another till after I complained and he also assisted with packing himself.It would be better to have more tills open especially considering the risks during the pandemic.

For a monthly shop this is my go to they have everything you need and more. attentive staff and management is always visible.

If i could 0 stars would be more suitable. Dont waste time here. Staff grumpy and they seem to go out of their way not to be helpfull. It is really one of the worst pick n pays i have ever been to. Seems to be the culture in this shop. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Move on to food lovers just down the hall and be greated and appreciated as customer

Not a clothing store contrary to what Google says. A little overpriced, often missing basic items like long grain Tastic ricer. Meat selection chosen by a vegetarian. Grabouw wors contaminated with gluten.

I really enjoy the friendly staff. And they are so helpful at the butcher.

Shop was clean Wont expect anything less from a PnP Specials not advertised well and mostly out of stock

Never enough tellers.. There are 10 tills and at 5pm on a weekday only 2 tills are open. People just want to get home after work but instead we have to stand in a queue for 20 mins.

This is my local shopping centre. I find most of what I am shopping for for the household here

My favourite PnP, that we drive past my local one and rather go here. Always have what I want and have many specials that the others dont have.

Restocking of shelves is always. Inconsistent and they tend to have something once and then do not reorder etc

Entering PnP your hands get sanitized and then you get your dirty trolley. Have taken up with management that the sanitize should happen after you get your trolley and wipe it. No one at the scale to weight fruit and veg. Unfriendly staff

Pathetic! Always only 2 or 3 cashiers, lines very long and card machines also a big issue😡😡

Dont waste your time and check your till slip. Cashiers grumpy and making mistakes. Often pack your own shopping and staff in general not happy. Often out of stock or stock in stock room. Keep moving shelves and long queues.This store has gone backwards over the last 2 years and complaints to their Head Office are ignored. Time to move to Spar or Checkers.

Would the manager of this PnP please request that maintenance be done on the building and its equipment. There is water dripping on customers as they shopping. The people and the staff deserve better. O and please keep the birds off the meat. Yes its that bad...

Incorrect pricing, poor service, especially at tillpoints.

Has everything and more that is needed. Have not had an upgrade in a while regarding trollies etc.

This is a very nice store with a large variety of fresh produce and other groceries.

This place is steadily going downhill. The staff are not friendly and there is often a problem with pricing. Goods are marked at one price but the tills ring up something completely different. We now rather drive to Checkers.
