Very friendly helpful and clued up staff. Family friendly store that probably has what you need from DIY to building materials. Would definitely recommend this establishment. Parking is safe and store is centralized. Store is not the biggest but by far the best.

We were treated like thieves. I had my maintenance guy with me. After cashing up for the float for the toilet, i asked my guy to open the box at the till & check the parts all there. Only to discover a part was broken. The owner accused us that we where opening boxes in the aisle, which we didnt. Says i saw u on camera, so why didnt he proof so on footage. Besides his sales guy was with us..VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING...eitherway, i took a different float & paid & walked out. I have supported youll in the past for hardware & gas...WELL THIS IS MY LAST

This store looks small from the outside however, dont be fooled.Just about anything and everything for the diy and professional builder. They fill gas cylinders.Product range is very impressive. From nuts to paint and tools.Dont miss out on discovering this, close to you, hardware and general hardware supply store.

Service at the store disgusting if could leave no star I would. Went to buy a pocket of cemrnt and was told to buy some sand in order to buy the cement which is unheard of. I really got angry I hope there is a camera in that store so the episode would have been rec orded. Occasionally I did buy a few things at the store but now I would never enter that store. Somebody is going to loose their patience with this guy.

Iv been buying here for years, went it today to buy a pocket of cement and asked the lady if they had. She replied YES they do and asked what else am i buying ? Major attitude problem,no people skills at all. Terrible.I replied thats all i need and she said NO i cannot get the cement that i need unless i take min 10 bags of sand with it as they are the only place with cement on the Bluff at the moment !??? Which i didnt need as i still had sand that i bought at the same hardware store a few days ago. Exploiting people. I Will NEVER ever return.
