Everytime I visit this Shell garage the staff is absolutely brilliant always friendly always helpful and service is quick... Well done shell keep up the good service.. Its a pleasure filling up with fuel by you...

A week ago I had a flat tire due to our wonderful roads (hit a pothole and cut the tire); luckily for me I was close to this garage. A fuel attended after seeing my problem, offered to change the tire for me. Unfortunately I did not get his name but I would like to express my gratitude for his kind assistance.

Good service easy excess entry and exit.

Very poor service, asked the attendant to fill fuel while I went inside the shop, come out and pay for the fuel and leave. As I drive off the petrol light comes on. I go back to the garage to ask if he filled up, the attendant said yes but I asked for the manager and she comes to check the sales for that pump. There was NO SALE! They had to fill what I paid for and the manager was not interested and showed no courtesy.
