Absolutely pathetic service. Sheena is very unprofessional and unhelpful. She does not respond to emails nor return calls W.e are having to follow up with these lawyers for a service we have paid for in advance. Wish we didnt have to deal with them.As a response to your email you, Mark, please have the decency to return calls instead of responding via a review. My husband was told about his id only last week yet you guys told us to come and sign weeks before, without letting us know what documentation you needed from us. Furthermore, my husband even stopped there today to tell you guys we want to deal with someone else to which you have not replied or responded yet you have time to post this poor defence. Any professional company would have told or even advised us what needs to happen rather than tell speak to out estate agent. As first time home buyers, you have left us with a horrible experience.Also back to us not coming to the appointment with maybe check with your receptionist the message we left for a callback.I am more than happy to meet and tell you all this face to face 😊

Lawyer doesnt respond to emails nor gives proper explanation in a professional manner as to transfer process. We, as clients, need to follow up.Its so sad as I am well aware this has not always been the standard.

Terrible service, Jayshree and Mark have no clue how to treat people,they dont even know how to capture banking details thats provided to them in black and white,call them dozens of times dont even have the decency to return your calls,and dont even provide timely feedback, and proper updates,if the banks didnt force people to work with them those 2 would of probably put this company out of business by now
