Had a private sale with owner. Instead ignores my messages. I told him I will come for item the next day with cash. He himself told me come the next day. When I message the next day says his keeping it for someone else. When I asked him about the logic in all of that as Im aware in business, first come, first serve. But not with this guy.
I have had the misconception that computer geeks are likely to be pretentious, condescending and in a world of their own. I was wrong. This is a recommended company for those, like me, who genuinely need patience, empathy and knowledgeable expertise from IT professionals. My problems were solved on my premises within 24 hours and for that I am grateful. I now have internet connectivity, a blogging site and feel far less incompetent.
