Customer service leaves much to be desired. Security guard is left to do the work of customer service and security. There are no wet wipes or santizer if you are there to use the internet or phones. In these Covid times, if customer safety is not of importance to your bank, think again!!!

Very clean and well kept environment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were in constant contact with me throught a transaction I had to complete and went beyond the call of duty. The branch manager is very helpful and I highly reccomend these guys if you are with ABSA

There was qeuee and waited minutes, quiet a bit longer than I had planned.
